Chili's isn't my normal spot for dinner but we went for margaritas for HH. We did get awesome fajitas as we split 2 dinners w 3 People and it was plenty. The fajitas came with Spanish rice and beans which were very good w a big enough portion. We sat in the bar area on a table and the waitress was very helpful and had food service. She helped us w the kiosk as I had a $5 off coupon and didn't know how to apply it. The bar area has plenty of room and I prefer it over the dining room area.

Delicious food, great service. My friend had never been there before and he enjoyed the experience.
Ryan at the take out area is always a great help, but yesterday even more than usual. There was an error with my order , and without hesistation he made the corrections and apologized for the mistake, remained courteous and kept his composure despite having multiple customers to take care of at once. Hes a major reason my family chooses take out there often, makes the environment way better!

I just left chili's bar&grill in manchester I ordered the ribeye steak medium rear the first steak was very gray and over cooked my side orders were dry and were not seasoned with salt or pepper or butter my whole experience is i.ll never go to chili's again and i.ll tell everyone I know to not go there to eat. There is no rating my experience..
I came to this location for the first time for a friend's birthday. It was about 6 pm on a Saturday. The place was full, but not overly crowded, and I liked that even with patrons and music playing, I could still hear myself talking to my friends. The food was pretty good. I believe what I got was a smokehouse combo and it was fun figuring out what to pick for my platter. I got the Brisket quesadillas, corn on the cob, chicken tenders and half rack of ribs with garlic bread and fries. Everything was well cooked. I asked the waitress for ranch and sour cream; the ranch was bomb. The rib meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. The corn had a couple of different things on it including something just a little spicy, a little kick. I would come here again for sure.

This Chili’s needs serious help and additional customer service training!!! I visited this Chili’s for the first time last night with my friend and had a great time until I was harassed by some guy who was not my waitress for my ID. I am 24 years old and maybe I look young, which is fine, but after my waitress asked for my ID, I was asked a SECOND time and very rudely by some hispanic guy who had a serious stick up his butt and made my friend and I very uncomfortable. I understand this establishment has issues with carding minors, but that’s ABCDEFGHIJKLMNot my problem. I was having a great night until this man ruined it and made me extremely uncomfortable by his demeanor. I spoke with my waitress regarding the issues but needed to post it here to make sure higher management sees. Will definitely not be returning for any watered down drinks and trash service especially from the guy who wipes down the tables.
