Never have seen consistency at this location sadly. Nice people working, but the place was a disaster. Fountain soda machine looked like it was on its last leg and had no ice. Lids and utensils were everywhere. Don't think I will be back at this location until there is some improvement.

Another week, another chipote, another round of bad service. The guy who made our food had such an attitude, sir you could have stayed home but you chose to bring yourself to work so please leave the attitude at the door. Also, there was no need to violate my food with that much sour cream, ew. The blonde cashier guy and the new guy that was being trained were both nice.
this is the first review i’ve ever made on google because im genuinely appalled. i went at 8:30 PM which is two ish hours before close. yet they were out of everything!!! they were out of GUACAMOLE?? they were so lazy and also went ahead and told everybody to go to another store and they weren’t gonna refill anything otherwise they’d be there forever ??? i would rather die than eat here again.

Do not order from this place, they cannot get an order right. I ordered two different times and they both were completely messed up.
My last trip here the value is just not there. I ordered a bowl, and in the past I'd get a full bowl of food. This time I got about half a spoon of beans, maybe half a spoon of chicken, and barley any beans. Then watching them take a spoon of guac, then band the spoon until half of it fell back into the container, and having to pay $3 extra for that!!! I asked for lettuce, and I kid you not, sure picked up 5 pieces of lettuce and placed them on top, like I'm dining at a fine establishment, and they are trying to be artsy in their presentation.
The only saving grace was she somehow managed to over fill my son's burrito until it busted open and he got a second wrap. So the $35 for 2 of us to eat didn't feel like a total waste.

Chipotle is definitely not an industry leader when it comes to value. Try a local place, I guarantee you'll have a nicer time than I did.

This place used to be the best, now it is an absolute joke. It shows because no one is ever in there anymore while before there would always be a line to the door. Horrible service. Always out of vegetables or something else. Moe's is 1,000 times better.

Run Far Away. I have never done an online review but when the experience is consistently bad, very bad, you feel compelled. I visit this location frequently since it is close to my office but today will be the final day.
Corporate needs to stop commenting on reviews asking people to contact them if they are going to continue to turn a blind eye. Either shut the location down before someone becomes seriously ill, or babysit the location until they start performing consistently. Ownership of this location should be embarrassed and Chiptole headquarters should be acting.
Overall, this location is beyond poorly managed and understaffed with quality employees. Chipotle is a brand that prides itself on quality and this place is anything but. It is filthy... floors, table-tops, serving counters. Garbage is piling up in the trash cans. No Ice, No drinks, no napkins and the eating utensil area is filthy.
Empty and dirty food serving containers are piled up on the serving areas. Food residue is all over the area where they are preparing your meal. The grill is covered in meat leftovers cooking away. If the serving areas are this filthy I can't imagine much thought is being put into cleaning of the equipment everyday/ No grilled veggies and if they do have them, you will get three pieces because they don't want to make more.
One young gentleman was handling meal prep, restocking and check out alone while his senior employee/manager lady was strolling around behind the counter. In the 15 minutes I waited for lunch, not a single order-ahead person left with their meals.
Chipotle owes it to their customers to provide a quality, clean, and safe eating experience and it starts with management. Not just in cleanliness but also in hospitality. In all honesty, it is a miracle that their customers have not become seriously ill in the past 12 months.
Take your business over to Baja's where the food is fresh, local ingredients and their staff care about you and the food they are making, not to mention you get much more for your money.

Unfortunately, whoever is hiring there, is hiring people with attitudes and seem to think customers need Chipotle and not the other way around, will definitely not be returning and I will make sure I tell everyone I can to not waste their time going to this Chipotle. These restaurants are a dime a dozen, so I won't be surprised when it closes

Taste is always nice with Chipotle but availability in this particular store is always a thumbs down. Mostly short on chicken. I had free chips deal and they almost always refuse the chips. Staff don’t sound friendly and are always serving without eye contact. Hope they get better.

I did an online order. One of the things was for three chicken tacos. Each taco had literally three little pieces of chicken on it and just about the same amount of tomatoes. Even if I put what was on all three tacos onto one taco it was still mostly shell. All they could do was offer me a free entrée next time I go there. No thanks won’t be coming back.
