love setting a pickup time for my food to never get made :) when it finally was ready it was thrown on the shelf in front of my face when i was clearly right there waiting for it. will be complaining to corporate.

i give my DOG better portions than this. im genuinely in shock, i do an online order through the chipotle app, come later and open it to this. the portions were so scanty, barely any chicken, rice, and it wasnt even halfway of the bowl..this is realistically 25% of what I should be given realistically. Why are we skipping out on portion sizes, especially for online orders? This is ridiculous. $10 for this..

Leilani was a wonderful employee. Im a dasher and I had a catering order, the store was slammed with a bus. She came up to me and expressed what was going on and it would be a little bit. It gave me time to call doordash and explain and to the customer. She was a great help today.

Ordered online...waited almost a half hour after getting there..got home rice was nasty hard some uncooked..should have checked the reviews before going there..Casadilla I ordered wasn't great either plus the sour cream was watery and nasty and nothing was fresh tasted like its been sitting there a while.place is also very dirty...newington location is much better..never again will I return to Manchester one

I honestly thought this was a prank. I ordered online and when I got home (5 minute drive) it was ice cold. I opened it up and it looked like it was prepared upside down. Rice on the top and salsa on the bottom. Then after digging for steak I finally found the only two pieces and this is what it looked like. Now I understand why people get food poisoning from here. Someone is going to get seriously sick from this location.

I am a delivery driver for a major delivery app. Today I went to pick up 2 orders from this restaurant, one of the orders was done before I got there and I was waiting for second order. The employees at this restaurant kept me waiting for absolutely no reason. It was a long wait. All the Walk in customers who came after me were taken care of before me, all the delivery drivers who came in after me were taken care of before me. They just kept me waiting. I texted the customer to let her know about this incident.
I can't afford to wait there too long during busy pick hours, I have to resume my deliveries otherwise I lose money. I live very close to this restaurant and I have always picked up orders from this restaurant in timely manner and delieverd to customer in timely manner. I never had an incident until today. They just lost the delivery drivers who lives very close to this restaurant. African American lady at front counter first told me my order would be ready by 7:26 PM, then she said my order would be ready by 7:35 pm. Every time I go to her to check on my order, she would keep adding the time and I was already there for over 15 minutes.
