We went there for a birthday party and had a blast. The staff were so helpful and met our needs. I love the stamping system so you can be sure no one will leave with your child.

Salad bar wasn’t fresh or stocked, found 5 games not working, only 2 ski-ball games worked but had extra balls in them, we left out things at table with my keys,reusable cups, pizza and photos on table while playing games and employees cleared the table..

Have to say been having my daughter's birthday party here for 3 years and this was the first year I walked away pissed off at my experience the lady behind the counter refused to help us after we stood in front of counter for prizes for 20 mins so then u stood in the food line for my turn only to have her tell me that she can't help me or leave her counter to help me cause she was on register so when did customer service stop helping the customer who is paying you to serve them cause if she couldn't help me then she should have went to get someone to help me seeing as I stood in line to be helped, then I proceeded to ask someone else for help at the counter and she said she would help but I ended up standing in front of the prize counter waiting while they both stared at me but refused to come do their job! Needless to say you just lost my business we will not be doing anymore birthday parties here due to unprofessional workers steer clear save your money....

My kids and I attended Chuck E. Cheese Saturday the 13th. We waited in line for 25 mins to receive their prize. A family ended up cutting in line, was aware. Staff noticed it and scanned their card. I mentioned the staff that we were the ones next in line. She and the parents acknowledged that they skipped in line. The staff stated she was going to scan our card next but didn’t.
I had reassured my kids as they asked me while we were in line, when they would be next. Mind you my elementary school kids waited in line for 25 mins. Following standard rule of doing the right thing: wait in line, behaving and you get your prize. Yet this place follows a different rule for teaching kids, you cut in line, misbehave and get rewards. Kids chasing each other around, risking little toddlers to get bumped to ground when there are rules there stating no running.

Lost a lot of the nostalgia. It is a sad,dull building with games, pizza and WAY over priced ticket prizes. The pizza was good, service was good and Chuck did come out to walk around and greet the kids. Overall not a terrible experience, just definitely not the Chuck E. Cheese we had as kids.
