Fantastic staff who goes above and beyond to make your kids feel special. In some way the service rivals Disney. I went to celebrate my kids birthday, nothing too crazy, but as the night went by the card had issues we lost roughly 10 mins of time, my kids had tantrums cause they are kids. When I went up and told Crystal that I was having a rough birthday, she looked at my son, looked at me and then went above and beyond. What should have been an ok night was an awesome night thanks to Crystal, her manager and another person who’s name I can’t remember- really sorry about that, but the staff care and make you feel special. When we were walking out, Crystal said “did he have a good birthday?” And because of her above and beyond attitude we really did. Thanks Chuck!

Half the games didn't work, ticket payouts are laughably low, place is visibly dirty, and staff was too busy moving boxes around and chatting with each other for one of them to take a moment and help my daughter pick out a prize. Really upsetting experience.

Upon returning to the establishment after several years, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. When seeking information on daily tickets, I received attitude from the staff member. Additionally, another staff member was seated by the staircase leading to the jump house, showing disregard for the children while using his phone and drinking juice. Inquiring about pizza options at the counter resulted in more attitude, prompting me to reconsider ordering and spending my points. The overall experience was disappointing, leading me to seek alternative venues with a respectful atmosphere for future visits. All this was Nov 17th, 2024

It's not what it used to be when I was a kid I went for my daughter's birthday party but it honestly was not all that for only 160 dollars all together including a large pizza and fry platter and a birthday cake I'm glad she had fun but I will choose to go somewhere else in the future

Kids had a blast. And to the parents dreading the pizza they remember from childhood, it got better! Not 5 star restaurant but good. I bought the monthly membership thing, so we'll be going back if that says anything!
Kid-friendliness: Things to entertain the 1 year old as well as the 3 and 4 year olds. Plus some flashback vibes for the 2 moms born in the 80s and 90s. So, fun for all ages!
