Place use to be fun, we go to win tickets & prizes. They changed the game payouts to under 5 tickets a game & jackpots are a joke, you’re lucky to hit 25-50 tickets. 1 jackpot = a dum dum lollipop

As a Chuck E Cheese fan since childhood, this is my favorite location. Highly recommend getting the fun pass if you go more than 2x a year. The food is pricey but good, and this is one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to. Games occasionally out of order but get fixed relatively quickly. Had the best 21st birthday a man could ask for here. They don’t make me feel weird about being a college kid bringing my friends here. The manager Crystal is awesome, she’s the friendliest CEC manager I’ve ever met! Definitely the best CEC in Connecticut.

I took my daughter 3 (autistic) to sensory Sunday, we were hoping chuck e would make a guest appearance we stayed a little bit after 11 to hope catch him. To be told he won’t be out until later like probably 12. My daughter was upset he wasn’t there! Please make Chuck e come out especially on sensory Sunday! Cause they deserve too to see him

Came here on a whim with my son. The pizza was good, they offer wine, games were entertaining and lots of variety. Plus, unlimited trampolining for a seperate fee but still. A great time and my son played games with other kids and had a blast. Super win today!!
