The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with both the employee and woman behind me rolling their eyes. It was disappointing to experience such disregard for customer service. This was my first time visiting this cinnabon location, I ordered " 4 count of minibons" and a " iced vanilla latte" my total was $30 I put in My card kinda confused got my items and realized she charged me for 4 count cinnabons - and gave me 4 huge cinnabons - how ridiculous one person wants 30$ of cinnabons?? I oh so clearly ordered 4 count minibons my total should have been around 12$ whatever I wasn't gonna argue with the girl when she's just not the smartest

You've got to try this place if you've never been. The drinks here are legendary and are worth the couple bucks that they cost. Cinnabon is definitely a place that I'll go again when I'm thirsty and looking to treat myself to a bit of heaven.

Every time I go there they never warm up the cinnabon after I ask every time for them to do it. Last time going there! Only time I get a good one is when I go to Foxwoods Casino they never serve cold cinnabons or anything cold. Then the lady had no gloves on serving food.
