I love me a Dave and Busters and this one is no different! Food was amazingly made had no issue with anything and our server was phenomenal. My spouse and I loved that she was very attentive and checked up on us several times. The games were fun as well but could honestly use more machines as it is a big place.

It was busy when I got in last night for the fight night. I had got a table to watch the fight and my server was okay but my food was the worst I have ever had. First it was made all wrong then it was freezing cold and both times took almost a hour for my sliders and wings. The manger helped me as much as she could and was very apologetic I felt bad she looked like she was the only one out there with such a big crowd. The games were fun and the the hosts up front were very helpful finding me there manger when I couldn’t get help from servers at all.

Food was excellent. my daughter took her son (who turned 6) to spend his birthday there eating and playing games and having fun. he really enjoyed all the games he played. he had a blast there. we will be returning with him to play even more games.

Today was a peculiar day, my girlfriend's bag was lost. When I spoke to the managers to see the cameras, they told me that only the police can see them. Well, I called the police and when I arrived they spoke to the managers and they told me that those who check The cameras don't work today until Tuesday... well let's wait until Tuesday I told myself, when I got home they called me from Dave N Buster who had the case. I came back and they took the bag out of the kitchen, when I opened the wallet it had grease stains on it... that's all to think about...

I'll start off with the good first, in that the games were great! We all had a wonderful time playing in the arcade. The selection of games is perfect and there is something for everyone to play. We got to be competitive, and yet cooperative at times depending on the game.But now for the bad. The restaurant side was terrible. We went last Saturday and something was constantly being messed up with our order. We got a round of drinks, and my fiancé's never came out. We had to ask the waitress multiple times where it was, until it was finally brought out. Then when we ordered food, my fiancé was waiting on her dish and it came out wrong. In that time we then ordered a second round of drinks, and her second drink also never arrived! We asked again where her drink was and were told the bar was backed up, after all of us already got our mixed drinks from the bar. So she was constantly waiting the entire night for every aspect of her meal.And to mention, it seemed like none of the staff had any idea what was going on. We were brought food and drinks at least 5 times that we had not ordered, and let the staff know they had the wrong table.And lastly, once we got home and double checked the bill we realized we had been charged double for my fiancé's meal, plus an extra charge for chicken on her meal, which was already a chicken sandwich...Needless to say, we aren't going to be coming back for food again. We'll eat somewhere else and then go over and play the games.

Service was absolutely the worst I have ever had. Sat at the bar. Meghan was our server. Flagged down other bartenders to order drinks, food, correct food mistakes. Was met with an attitude that we were disturbing them.

My friends and I walked into Dave and Busters and were about to play some games. But then we noticed a strong smell behind us and turned around. It was the security guard telling us we have to leave for being under 18.

Food is not exceptional and drinks have very little alcohol. Drinks don’t look like picture.Steak was flavorless, asparagus was salty and garlic mash potatoes didn’t hit. Steak salad the steak was cold. If you must eat, get chicken club, wings and fries. Play the games and eat somewhere else. The large television screens were nice. The kids had fun. The service was lacking. Salad came out 20 minutes before dressing. I wasn’t given a steak knife. The manager made the drinks and said they definitely put alcohol in drinks. No accountability. I didn’t enjoy my dining experience at all.
