Completely ruined my order. I asked for almond milk with my coffee along with a small hot cocoa - received two coffees, one small and one in a medium cup with whip cream on top. Coffees didn’t have what I asked for. There was no rush, there was no line, they had plenty of time to assure the order was corrected and failed. This is ridiculous.

Always have a problem here. Currently their drive thru is and has been broken forever, but they won't take orders at the window and won't put a cone up. A waste of time. Use the one on middle turnpike instead and avoid this location.

It’s not busy and it takes them over 10 minutes to take your order at the drive through. There’s no line inside.

People are rude having their own personal conversations while working, so not getting the orders right. Waited a while for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant that was burned, very disappointed 😞

Not enough help, service is slow as a result
Time consuming drive thru orders should be directed inside instead. I sat on the same spot today for 9 minutes based on 2 time consuming orders. 3 cars ahead of me also left the line when they got to the mic. During peak times if staffing is low management/owners need to be in the locations.

All time I go to Dunkin they always mess up my drink like one time I said medium hot coffee 4 cream and 4 sugar and they gave me cream but no sugar and I’m used to it because they always do this.i believe they also don’t respect other customers who are trying to be nice. So today i went to Dunkin and they messed up my order three times in one go. They barely even care about their customers because they use their phone all the time

Today 6/23/25 we had placed a mobile order and when we arrived nobody was there or should I say the only person possible was the overnight person. Drives thru window still had the black bars on and nobody attending any orders . We literally had to go to Dunkin on middle turnpike west to receive our order . Luckily we didn’t have to come out of pocket twice. This Dunkin needs to get it together .

Afternoon staff routinely get order wrong & when I correct the order today, they roll their eyes or tell me I’m wrong when the receipt says I’m correct. They make me feel so uncomfortable! The girl with curly hair & glasses was first to help me, she could see I was uncomfortable.

It’s like someone died in there never even got my stuff waited a half an hour with no line for one coffee and no one ever answered the speaker and everytime I come the staff forcefully hands out drinks with horrible attitudes.

DO NOT give this location your service. I repeat DO NOT give them your service. The young Puerto Rican manager is very unprofessional and should be fired. This lady would intentionally be rude to you and when you ask for a refund she will make you wait until she is ready to refund your money. I waited 15 minutes for my food and once I requested a refund now my stuff ready. I don’t want it I still want my refund. I was late for work all because the “Manager” decided I was on her time. When I caused a scene she now want to move quickly to refund my money but when asked nicely the first time she looked me in the face and said well you need to wait. Which caused me to wait an additional 10 minutes for a refund. Whoever is this lady boss. Go run your cameras back to 7:15 am and you’ll see who you have representing your business. Now this isn’t this lady first time acting like this because I know someone else who had unprofessional encounters with her.
