Had me pull over for drive thru order and they would bring out when ready - 10 mins later I went in to get it as they still hadn't brought it out. Ridiculous wait time and food was sitting right there.

I went through the drive-thru and found that this store is run like a well oiled machine! The staff were friendly and personable and they had my correct order ready super quick. As a coffee drinker I have been through many drive-thrus and this DD store has them all beat with polite friendly staff speed and efficiency .

really disappointed yet again in this dunkin. mobile ordered a cold brew coffee with 2 creams and 4 caramel swirl and the employee tried to hand off a large cup of what looked like 90% creamer and barely any coffee. when I asked if she could remake it, she began to argue with me saying thats how it is meant to be but then she walked off and had someone remake it. when it was remade it was just the cold brew and one cream in it. once again i wasted my money at this location, i will continue to visit the vernon location where at least the workers don't argue with you if you ask them to remake it.

Horrible service, the girl didnt open the window all the way through the drive through and threw our money in the floor and didn't apologize for it. Maybe she can use it as a "have a better attitude tip". Then forgets another part of my order and looks at me like "what?!" Ummmm well wheres my coffee, comes back with an attitude that shows she needs some caffeine in her system. Will never come back here.

The people who work here are very patient.
I know this because they got my drink wrong the last three times I came here and they still remade it each time! This time, specifically, I was handed a large iced when I asked for a small cold brew. When I asked for one milk one sugar on the next round there were at least four sugars and a huge pour of milk. This is all fine, they made my drink for me again but the person's explanation was "we can't control the sugar" which just seems like absurdity to me considering the dunkin' donuts closer to me, tolland, does a fine job putting a tiny bit of sugar and a tiny bit of milk in a cup for me. Anyhow, they have okay customer service but wow there's something going on here that's just a little off as far as dunkin' donuts quality goes. In general, I am going to avoid the brand from now on.

Ordered large hot coffee (smell burned and tested nasty) bagel with cream cheese (bagel not toasted but BURNED and not much cream cheese, guy taking orders doing well. Everyone else should be FIRED they cant even make a cup of coffee right.. and they want to make $15 hour. SMH.. this was today 11/1 around 11:15a...fire them all

I found myself compelled to visit this Dunkin' establishment, driven by the necessity of purchasing a gift card. The experience, however, has only deepened my perplexity as to why anyone would willingly consume the vile concoctions they peddle. It remains a mystery how such swill garners any semblance of admiration, though I suppose personal taste is as enigmatic as it is varied. My disdain for Dunkin' is not mere aversion but a profound abhorrence, a blazing antipathy that rivals the inferno of a thousand suns. Today’s ordeal at this detestable location has secured its place as the nadir of my month, if not the entire year.

lady working the drive through was so rude. Complaining we ordered too much and throwing the straws and receipt at us… Like the order was four plain drinks, no food or anything. If you hate your job so much just quit lady.
