Listed as open until 9 but the doors were locked at 730 when my friend and I pulled in on 10/26/25. There were employees inside and the lights were on. With a 3 hour drive ahead of us, we were disappointed to say the least.

Great meal deal special for $6! It took a little while to get service but staff was very friendly. This is an extremely busy Dunkin, both inside and at the drive thru. The parking lot is very small & poorly planned out! Spaces are extremely difficult to get into and out of, especially while trying to maneuver around the drive thru traffic. Probably will not visit again simply because of the difficulty in parking.

I work on the road and this is the best most consistent Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Every sandwich and bagel is toasted and ever my drink is perfectly made to order. 10/10 will stop in every time I pass by.

Worst in the area by far. Regularly get orders wrong, charged 50 cents EXTRA for not including ice, then had my coffee well underfilled. I could understand one or the other but both is a slap in the face. Had to fight to get a receipt to even see this. Woman working the counter is not clear in what she's asking. Drive the extra 5 minutes to go to a different one if it has to be dunks.

Had me pull over for drive thru order and they would bring out when ready - 10 mins later I went in to get it as they still hadn't brought it out. Ridiculous wait time and food was sitting right there.

I went through the drive-thru and found that this store is run like a well oiled machine! The staff were friendly and personable and they had my correct order ready super quick. As a coffee drinker I have been through many drive-thrus and this DD store has them all beat with polite friendly staff speed and efficiency .

really disappointed yet again in this dunkin. mobile ordered a cold brew coffee with 2 creams and 4 caramel swirl and the employee tried to hand off a large cup of what looked like 90% creamer and barely any coffee. when I asked if she could remake it, she began to argue with me saying thats how it is meant to be but then she walked off and had someone remake it. when it was remade it was just the cold brew and one cream in it. once again i wasted my money at this location, i will continue to visit the vernon location where at least the workers don't argue with you if you ask them to remake it.
