Ordered my coffee . Was asking people in my car what they wanted and the girl was rushing me telling me to pull up . Then I get to the window and two females and a male were carrying on and cussing and then told me to park for a coffee . They were being loud and obnoxious.

Still waiting on a refund for an item I did not receive due to them being out of it and it has been almost two months. Somehow no one from the staff, district manager and Dunkin brand knew how to refund the item. I will not be returning to a place that does not have a system to refund its customers who use their online app. Technology is incredibly advanced these days and it is disappointing to jump through hoops for a refund.

The employees here are exceptionally rude to drive thru customers. The food was good, but I felt their seething hatred for no valid reason. The place was always solid until this past week.

Placed a mobile order and didn't realize it was for a different store. The gentleman at the 2nd window was very kind and helped me figure out where. His coworker, an African American female who had already been screaming "hi *insert my name* came over with an attitude telling me it's at evergreen walk with an attitude. As soon as I asked where she turned around and started bad mouthing me. Extremely unprofessional; hope management addresses this.

If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Usually my go too Dunkin but it’s atrocious to go there now. Employees are super rude especially the lady with the glasses. Will dodge this place at all costs. Rather drive another 100 miles to another Dunkin.

Staff seemed high. Legalized marijuana doesn’t mean do it at work but this is the way everywhere now. I order a drink and two gift cards in the drive thru and the employee confirmed both over the speaker. I get to the window and there’s no knowledge of the gift cards.

The iced coffees we ordered recently thru drive-thru, especially the pumpkin, have tasted horrible & we had to return them to get replacements. Food orders are not always accurate. This location needs to get its act together, as it used to be much better.

Extremely poor customer service. Placed a mobile order for coffee and donut. The representative just handed the coffee, did not even bother to tell me that they had run out of the donut I ordered. Gave me a couple of options and didn’t even wait for a sec to hear my response. Handed a donut without napkins. Such a bad experience.
