I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.
To everyone else, stop giving attitudes to them. They’re great at their job.

THEY DO NOT HAVE THE NEW COOKIE BUTTER COLD BREW. I have gone now 4 times they do not have it. They're messy they forget your swirls. No napkins. Terrible drive through male worker. Very disappointed with this location. They need a new owner or corporate NEEDS to come do something. This is so disappointing.

Very bad customer service from some staff explaining that I couldn’t see the board girl was giving attitude went to the window and told the guy that the girl need to drop her attitude and have good customer service girl started screaming and yelling for absolutely no reason

Not so great service. It was okay. I ordered for a HOT medium coffee and stuffed bagels. Coffee was served very cold. When requested to get it heated, it was trashed on my face and they made a fresh coffee complaining that this time also it would be same hot. I’m not happy with the treatment and service.

They had the donuts that we liked and the server participated in our discussion about whether you call them shots or sprinkles. She agreed with me that they should be called sprinkles so therefore the five star review!
