It is 4-15-22 I just went to the drive-through and people have a tip jar right outside the drive-through window this is ridiculous you might as well tip everybody in the world McDonald's BK papa John's Wendy's.Stop it's your job your not serving Me at a table or cleaning up after me so you should get the tip jar out of the window it is July 5th, 2025. The time is 8:30 p.m. it says they close at 9:00. The person answering the window drive-thru says they're closed. If I was an owner of this place I'm losing money. I would fire this person

Disappointed yet again, coffee overdosed with sugar after I politely asked them to fix it and add 3- no ice in the cold brew the extra space was the amount of cold foam they put when I got it back. My 2&3 year oldâs hash browns were overcooked and doesnât look like the full serving. $35 worth of food to waste. When I called I was told it was busy so he has to hang up. I hope their day goes as smooth as they treat their costumers.

I came when it was busy and all the customers needed their coffee fix. Hence, the four-star atmosphere. Great service and my order was ready promptly and it was delicious. Thank you and have a happy New Year!

I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and theyâre always ready by the time I come in. But if theyâre out of something then I interact with the staff, and thatâs why Iâm leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, theyâre ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. Iâll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and thatâs what keeps me coming back.
To everyone else, stop giving attitudes to them. Theyâre great at their job.

THEY DO NOT HAVE THE NEW COOKIE BUTTER COLD BREW. I have gone now 4 times they do not have it. They're messy they forget your swirls. No napkins. Terrible drive through male worker. Very disappointed with this location. They need a new owner or corporate NEEDS to come do something. This is so disappointing.

Very bad customer service from some staff explaining that I couldnât see the board girl was giving attitude went to the window and told the guy that the girl need to drop her attitude and have good customer service girl started screaming and yelling for absolutely no reason

I work in the area so i stop here often. If Marcus isn't there my order isn't correct. ? half the time I don't even have to order anything... they just know!
Not so great service. It was okay. I ordered for a HOT medium coffee and stuffed bagels. Coffee was served very cold. When requested to get it heated, it was trashed on my face and they made a fresh coffee complaining that this time also it would be same hot. Iâm not happy with the treatment and service.
