In my mission to visit every Dunkin in Hartford county, this was on my list. We had only a brief wait. They had the donuts that we liked and the server participated in our discussion about whether you call them shots or sprinkles. She agreed with me that they should be called sprinkles so therefore the five star review!

Very inconvenient for something that is supposed to be convenient. There was no car in front of me and it took them very long time to start taking my order. Getting to the window is a pain and you can hit the curb. Once I got to the window I had to wait a very long time to get my order. The employees were not very nice and they looked like they hated their job. On top of that my drink was made wrong and I did not get my wrap that I ordered. They should shut this location down.

Went here to get gas and coffee at 6:30 in the morning. Three of the 5 employees were outside on the sidewalk smoking marijuana. When finished smoking they went back inside to work. The employee inside that wasn't smoking was helpful. Don't think the employees should be allowed to do this.

Went to Dunkin'' Donuts to try my free medium iced matcha latte w a purchase. I don't usually drink the matcha as you have to Enquirer the taste. As a newbie I had it with liquid sugar that the attendant recommended and it wasn't bad. This location is always good and fast service. And has my kids favorite donuts which is maple frosted with sprinkles.

Probably the worst in the area!! Order is always wrong and they use 1/8 the cream cheese of any other dunkin!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the next one!!!!!!!
Terrible experience, I was at the speaker trying to order and had to check to see what the last coffee I need was, all fine and dandy until I drove away and heard the girl on the speaker say “she did f’ing unorganized”. I’m usually not too much of a stickler on this but having worked at dunkin for over a year I know that it’s not too hard to turn off a speaker. On top of that, I paid for a coffee I was not handed and had to repay for the same coffee just trying to get out of there. I offered to go in to make their lives easier but they declined which is fine.

I constantly have service problems coming to this Dunkin' donuts. They are always having side conversations with other people while people who have ordered food are waiting. Today for example I ordered a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese and four people got their order before mine and mind you they had food as well. I get very tired of going to this simply minded people here who give an attitude like I dont have a reason to be frustrated. It's supposed to be a fast order and processed in the order that the orders were takenDunkin Do better.

I always go to D&D and get an iced matcha latte and never ever have I gone to one that actually stirred it until today! It was stirred so well there was even froth at the top like traditional matcha. I am so pleased my drink was adequately stirred with no powder left on the bottom I just had to come and give a shout out to the staff. Thanks so much you guys! The simplest thing made my day!
