My coffee always has coffee grinds in it. There's always a quarter cup of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. Everyone has a don't care attitude here. They serve burned sandwiches to their customers.

In my experience, this place is a well oiled machine. The staff are so nice and food is ready QUICK. Someone give all those good people some raises cause they deserve it!!

This Dunkin never disappoints. Always tastes good and comes out quickly. One time I spilled my drink and they replaced it and helped me clean up which was really nice.

This cafe has a bad attitude towards people. The toilets used to be dirty, but now they are locked and do not open the toilet to anyone. To go to the toilet, you need to buy something from them. Bus drivers pass by the cafe and do not let you go to the toilet. Shame on this donut cafe.

Matcha Latte tastes weird, and the size for the bacon egg wrap should be a crime for it’s price, the size of my palm was 10x bigger than it.

Ordered an Avocado toast and was given a BURNT toast with a light covering on avocado, no seasoning. Was half out of the box and made a mess of the inside of the bag. If I knew how to take a picture and add from my phone I would have. Was not edible.

Cashier wasn't friendly and didn't know her manners. I asked for 3 pumps of mocha and you can clearly see in my ice coffee there's only 1 pump. Coffee is bitter not light and sweet. With "3 pumps of mocha, 4 creams, and 4 liquid sugars" it should taste like I dumped a shot of coffee in my chocolate milk but it doesn't. I wish I could post a picture because this order was made wrong. I didn't get a receipt when I was rushed out the drive through. I recommend retraining and explaining taking the extra 2 seconds to double check you made the order right before serving it will get you much farther than rushing and shoving whatever you felt like making out the window. I said thank you after ordering, after payment, and after receiving my order, yet she was mute. Last I checked I've never met a mute working a drive thru so I doubt that was the case. People need to realize without customers coming to your store you will shut down due to lack of profit and you'll be out of a job. I guess integrity in your work is dead at dunkin donuts at this location. This is why I stopped coming here years ago. Next time I'll drive the extra mile to go to the dunkin on broad st. My recommendation is you go anywhere else. Not worth wasting your money then being blasted on social media for being a Karen even though all you wanted was your order made correct. Not worth the stress and headache.

My wife is an avid Dunkin’ Donuts person. We pulled in and ordered a medium coffee to sugared donuts got powdered donuts. They don’t know the difference evidently second of all she ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The thing was like a hockey puck. I never seen anything so hard how many days did they keep those things before they throw them away? They should’ve have fresh ones when you’re paying 3 1/2 dollars for Bagel. This was takeout at the window. I’m sure they’ll tell me to bring it back, but we drove up the highway 84 all the way to Stafford Springs and pulled into our yard. She was halfway here when she opened it as a coffee was hers was iced coffee and she had a couple sips on that but she took one bite out of it, spit it back in the bag, threw it on the floor on my side of the car, waste to go back to screw around with the lousy bagel
