Holy smoke where do I start. Is it the having to say the order more than once after it being placed and waiting at the window ? Is it the blank stares at you askwhere the other stuff you’re waiting for is ? No napkins or utensils for my loaded hashbrowns . Asked for whole Milk and got oat milk and when I got to the window got two strawberry refreshers because “they cleared the screen and couldn’t see what the coffee was” so they just made and extra refresher Funny part is the coffee order was on one of the refreshers so now I’m confused.

This store has totally changed. I stopped going there becuz the wait was too long & staff was not customer friendly. I decided to try it again. The wait was less than 2 min . The staff was very nice and my coffee was great ! 5 ⭐️ for sure. Quickest drive thru anywhere !

I gave 2 stars only cuz go to drive through at 8 clock pm lady tells me there only taking orders inside. No big deal!! Then realizes she's outside at her car. Pretty sure she just didn't want to take the order But she did when I went inside lol.

Avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts at all costs. It is run by teenagers who do not know what they are doing. They having a great time in their fooling around and joking around, but they are terrible at actually running at Dunkin’ Donuts.

There's pretty much a dunkin' donuts down the street from me, but I'm going out of my way every day to walk a block down to the GOOD Dunkin Donuts at the gas station here in Adams Street in Manchester CT. 💯 This place is what's happening.😎 Staff is friendly, professional, kind, and respectful. 🙏The few and far made a mistake and (we're all human) messed my order up, they actually OWN their mistakez here. Like WHAAAAT!?!? 🤯 They make it right and keep it real. This place getz alot of business but it's the staff that keep the people coming back not just the product. I enjoy the friendly conversations, or even just being handed my drink correctly.💖 Whatever you're looking for, you'll find it but like 3xs better here!! 🤌🤌 Becuz they are awesome and get a lot of business they often times run out of donuts earlier on. So be weary about placing mobile orders with donuts, as choice donuts run out pretty quickly here. That's not really anyone's fault. I personally would rather them be out of donuts and have them unavailable rather then hear they're wasting them and getting trashed. But hey, that's just ME.
