Very dissatisfied and disappointed about the young Spanish- looking employee that works here. She was super rude from the beginning of the order. I was so polite to her all the time but she was intentionally rude and mean to me. She acted like I am doing a crime by ordering food there.

Out of the kindness and To prevent her from running back and forth I went close to the place she was making my drink and very politely ask if she can add one more item to my order and she yelled me “ Give me a second I have other customers” . No one was there except me . She just wanted to scold me for no reason from the beginning. I don’t know why managers allow to work this kind of mean people there. She understood that I became upset for her scoldings towards me ; then told me to go and wait at the register and tried to contaminate the food item I newly added. Unbelievable!

Customers are not your enemies girl. You get a salary from the money we pay for the foods . And I understand why most customers select to be rude to this kind of employees. They well deserve that treatment. I wish for her to have same kind of rude and mean people everyday! Other employees were nice to me.

I had a large, when I got it to where it was going, the order was all wrong. This is not the first time, there has been a mistake. I called 2 or 3 times, to get the correct order. The phone was never answered, and they don't have an answering machine.
There is an other DD about a mile away, on the corner of Adams and Hilliard Sts, ill give this one a shot.
Mistakes will be made, we're all human. But its how you handle that mistake, that makes the difference. Obviously, they missed the mark.

First and last time coming here. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at a drive thru in my life. Me and my mother went to pick up an online order and I placed an order for a vanilla bean coolata with whipped cream and 2 hazelnut shots at the drive thru. As I’m ordering she cuts me off in the middle of me ordering and before I even got to the hazelnut she stops me n goes “what else?” I’m trying to make sure she has my order correct so I try to continue speaking and she continued to cut me off. All of that just for it to be watered down. I don’t know her name but she doesn’t need to be there if she doesn’t like talking to anyone. Very condescending and rude.

I have never felt so disrespected at a Dunkin’ Donuts before. During my recent visit, an employee (Ashley) rushed me at the drive-thru, repeatedly saying “Hello, hello, hello” in a condescending tone—despite there being no one behind me. It was snowing, and I was simply trying to place my order. Her attitude made me uncomfortable, and when I pointed out that this wasn’t the first time she had treated me this way, she flat-out told me, “You should go somewhere else to eat.”

No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome, but this employee has repeatedly ruined my experience and made it clear she doesn’t care about customers. When I called to report the issue, I was told the general manager, Shanda, would contact me. Instead, I had to follow up myself, and ended up speaking to the Franchise Owner, Ana. When I finally spoke with her, she barely let me explain my side. She kept interrupting, assumed I had “already made up my mind,” and instead of acknowledging the issue, she just kept asking me what I wanted her to do about it. Frankly, it’s her job to address employee misconduct, not mine.

To make matters worse, I later found out that Ashley is actually a manager. If management is treating customers this way, it’s no wonder the experience is so poor. I have supported this location as a local resident, but after this, I don’t feel welcome here at all. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they handle other complaints. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the best Dunkin in Connecticut, I can’t even lie. They always run me my order perfectly and I’ve never had an issue with them. The employees are really nice and they always get my food in on time. my food is never burnt or soggy or disgusting, it’s always perfect and they never left out anything from my order like some other Dunkins I’ve been to.

Vegetarian options: You have options to choose if you would like a vegetarian option or not, you can request no bacon or you can request no meat in certain foods that they have. It is really easy to make a vegetarian option because on the mobile app, it allows you to customize your sandwich.

Parking: The parking lot is pretty decent, there is a lot of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids running around all the time and they love this Dunkin.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts today on the Tolland Turnpike and my drive-thru service was amazing the female's name was Bree and I got to tell you she definitely knew how to start someone's day off with a great welcoming intro. Bree I just want to say thank you very much you are amazing and this isn't the first time you've been amazing so whatever you do don't ever let anyone ruin your day and continue to be great thank you very much

Morning employees care more about social hour than customer. Was charged almost $7 for a medium coffee but they don't give receipts so no one can help you to correct it. Avoid this dunkin...
