FYI, this is not a standalone Cafe. It's in a Walmart.
Cashier had difficulty speaking and understanding English. She struggled with understanding what half-n-half and cream was needed to ask other employees. I was then told that they did not have cream or half-n-half at that location which is highly unlikely for any coffee shop.
The price posted on the donut menu showed $1.69 per individual donut, but my receipt showed that I was charged $1.79 per donut that I purchased.
Overall, this particular location seems to be experiencing problems. The donuts tasted okay and the facility was clean, but all other aspects of my experience were poor.

We enjoy stopping in here after shopping at Walmart. Alicia is often working. She is always very pleasant and provides excellent customer service. There is always a nice variety of donuts available.

Do not get a bagel from here I just got an everything bagel and it was stale. I was looking forward to it have not had one in a while got home to eat it and was stale. I threw it out very disappointed.

No drive thru fake
This is the only location that charges me $1 for a cup of ice, and the lady in the morning is rude and nasty she had her hands in her pants one day I asked her to wash her hands and she got mad!!!

It's 3p in the afternoon on a Sunday. Dudes working with pajamas on, hair all messed up like he just rolled out of bed. Come on Management! This is the way you want to carry your brand? Lazy and sloppy,?
order is always wrong from this dunks. cashiers either lazy or just incompetent

Do not recommend this dunkin. The simplest order they mess up. The last 3 times I went not only did they mess up my order but also my coffee was pure coffee grounds like what the hell man. Get it together
Beautiful store great employees better food
Horrible customer service. The associates rarely listen to your order, the food is almost always stale, the coffee is always stone-cold, and the staff are outright rude to customers. Employment at this place is limited since Bonnie (the owner) is only interested in hiring people she knows (nepotism)!
