I needed to get cold foam added to my coffee and one of the employees gave me a stupid look and said to another employee that the coffee didn't say cold foam when it clearly says it on top. The two coffee was just put in differently.
The manager is very nice and the male employee who made my coffee was very kind. Just some need to work on their customer service skills and lose their little attitude. If you can't deal in customer service then go to a job agency and get contracted to a warehouse

I was waiting for my bagel for 10 min. The person was doing everyone's orders but not mine. Bad service
The site renovated but not clean or organized. When I went in to pick up my order I placed the order through the app. There was no one in front I thought it was closed we had to wait a long time so I called The person was friendly but very very very slow to take the order in person and by drive tru. For a simple hot chocolate he had to read the receipt several times. I didn't know where things were. I hope they can improve this place. It's a shame that it is new and has several things lacking.

Renovations are very nice. Man taking my order was very accommodating. Employee at window was impatient tapping her fingernails while I got correct change from my wallet. I am eating my food now. No napkin in the bag. I shouldn't need to ask for a napkin with a to go order.

Very bad service. I never get what I ask for. All employees are brainless. I clearly told the employee 5 times that I want a strawberry donut and vanilla donut. But then also I got both vanilla donuts. WORRRRRRST service. I INSIDT everybody to completely avoid this place. I also request the owner to fire all the employees.

It's gotten better since the last time I reviewed the store quality.One person there questions a lot of the orders. I think they just need a bit of encouragement because of self-confidence, but the people there are strong minded people. I think working with them over time will help encourage that person to have that self-confidence to get orders out and done quickly.

The morning staff and coffee is excellent.Do not go here in the evening unless you want to pay for water and milk instead of coffee. By 6:15pm they have the new machines shut down and making your coffee out of pre-poured cups. And don’t say anything, you get attitude. Not going there in the evening anymore!!!
