Perfect ✨ food is perfect I just love eating from here. It’s fast, convenient, and have very kind and nice employees that would help you with what you want to order right away. Don’t get me started with those samples. They are so good and warm.

This used to be one of my favorite spots for quick food, but it seems like the teriyaki recipe has been changed. Ordered 2 months ago and the sauce tasted like warm water. No teriyaki or any other flavor at all. I gave it another try today, and it was the same. I threw most of it away. I hate leaving negative reviews, but the owner should know this location might be adding a ton of water or something to the sauce to make it stretch further. I hope I don’t get sick.

I attempted to pick up my order that I placed on the website. It was obvious that neither person behind the counter spoke English as they attempted to sell me a fountain soda when I said I was here to pick up an online order.
Another customer came up to complain that her food fell on the ground because it was packaged poorly and they made her a new order with the wrong protein (she repeatedly said it was not chicken but he kept nodding but continued using chicken) then packaged it the same (dumping food on top and stuffing it closed). I eventually left since getting service was literally impossible and will never be coming here again.

It's was OK. Miss the old sarku. I hate how they don't have the good Sriracha. They havw the cheap tasting vinger hot sauce packets.

Ordered through DoorDash, first they don’t allow you to request chicken and beef only chicken and shrimp. Secondly, they don’t let you get fried rice, only white rice which is usually mushy and wet. Third, they don’t even let you put notes in incase you need to sub something which they can easily do. Lastly, called them multiple times, even had DoorDash call them and they do not pick up their phones. You couldn’t even contact them to inform them somebody has a seafood allergy as to make sure they don’t scoop up the beef or chicken with the same spatula they use for the shrimp. Better off just going in person if you have any questions, they won’t respond or pick up

Edited review because I was very very stomach sick (diarrhea, vomitting) after eating an order of teriyaki chicken. Do not go here.

Can't understand why sarku shut down. Anytime going to mall since childhood I would look forward to the chicken teriyaki and it's replaced with subpar new restaurant.

Workers didn't want to be there, shrimp wasn't cooked with sauce and was barely cooked at all, chicken wasn't heated up and was served from a warm mountain of meat, the cabbage was nasty and the rice was mushy and the portions were skewed. Avoid at all costs!

My wife & I use take our son to Buckland Hills mall past 15-20 years
And eat at Sarku teriyaki chicken
Today I was back in town near by
And tried EA teriyaki
I’m not going to grade on the food because it was decent
Big picture is Buckland Hills Mall is dying
And Businesses are changing.
I think everybody can agree with me that
We go back to same place for good food memories.
It wasn’t there today

Unsure about previous reviews but at least I found it had good taste, good amount, and great service. It did not took much time for our food and price is better than many other places.
