The prices are sky high. The food is bad. The music hurts my ears. Jeez, they don't even toast the buns. I definitely cannot return ever.

The food that I ordered was so good! I just wish they could add and serve a mayo dip like ketchup. I am crazy about eating fries with mayo. They did put mayo on my cheeseburger, but I asked for a mayo dip cup, but I didn't get it. I don't know why. Hmm, but I hope that they can serve the mayo dip next time. :-)

This place is way too expensive for what they’re giving you. You’re better off going to artisanal burger. Five guys has become super expensive for no reason.

So overpriced, and the burgers are worse than shake shack… $20+tax for a bacon cheeseburger with regular fries( not large) and no drink. 🤣

I have Celiac Disease, and the French fries here are safe! They are great about safety for a burger in a bowl, so I love that I can eat here with no worries!!

The girl calling out the orders not giving folks a chance to react yet continuing to shout and the cashier guy OMG . They must have no idea how annoying there loud shouting conversation is annoying to customers.

The point of pre-ordering is for your food to be ready not for them to prepare only the hot dogs and then drop the fries when you walk in I waited 10 minutes for my food even though I pre-ordered and the staff acted like they could have cared less
