This is always a favorite for my husband and I. The staff are always very friendly and we always receive great service. We had one truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience at the Manchester location on 2/20/26. Ty helped us and went above and beyond the expectations of his role which only reaffirmed to both of us why we love coming here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would after this experience!

I normally get food from this restaurant Franklin Ma (bbq pulled pork) however yesterday I was so excited to buy some chicken buffalo panini for my husband and let him try it for the first time and it came with almost not chicken at all which makes me sad cause I would rather not eat here anymore, it’s not a cheap panini also and I did expected way more chicken for the price, not basically only veggies and bread.
I’ve never had bad food or service. Very fast paced and fresh food.
