If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went on date night on 4/24/24. My boyfriend went and picked from the self serve buffet where he got french fries and barbecue sauce. As the both of us were eating he found a hair in his fry and barbecue sauce mixture. We decided to ignore this due to it being from the buffet, so he put it aside and started to eat the Korean barbecue. As the two of us were eating I then found a hair in my bowl of rice, which was not from the buffet but brought out by the waiter. After this it ruined our appetites. We then informed the waiter about the hairs found, and showed her. She took the fry with hair attached to it from my boyfriend, I assumed she went to show the manager. She then took about 5 to 7 minutes to come back. She then told us all she could do was give us a 20% discount, which did not even feel like a discount due to the price being $56.This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never eat here ever again!

The place needs more ventilation. I could not enjoy my food with the room full of smoke and steam from all of the cooking. I left early and could not eat because the more people who arrived, the more smoke and I felt like I was suffocating. It's a shame because the food is good.They need to advertise cooking directions also so customers understand the length of time each food needs to properly cook.Not providing this info to NEW customers who don't know about hotpot will leave people open to cross contamination and food poisoning because you are handling RAW FOOD.The lack of information provided and the intensely suffocating environment with make this experience a rated 5 and I wouldn't return unfortunately.

This was such a cool and fun experience as a first timer! My server was kind and helpful. The food was delicious as well. If you’re getting Korean BBQ, I recommend the ribeye steak & beef bulgogi. As for the hotpot, the szechuan spicy soup was great. I’’d suggest getting the crab meat, gyoza, and prime brisket with it. Overall everything was good, I will come back again.

The place is very clean and organized as I came in and had many decorations. The workers were kind and entertaining and checked up on us. They even sang me a happy birthday with the choice of my song and gave me dessert with it! The sauce bar had many choices of sauces to choose from as well as the menu and drinks. I recommend the szechuan spicy soup and spicy beef bulgogi. The rice was perfectly put together as well! The food came out super fast and you cook the food yourself or you can ask the servers to do it for you. Overall the place was a fun experience with various tasty foods and helpful workers. I will come back again!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options that are labeled in the menus.Parking: It’s next to a mall so the free parking lot is very big.Kid-friendliness: They provide high chairs for younger children.Wheelchair accessibility: The chairs can be moved around to fit to your liking and has a booth or table option.
