I had lunch here today Veterans Day. The place was packed. There was a great promotion for veterans. I ordered lunch and I was thoroughly disappointed. My salad did not look like a salad - HELP! Visually it was bad. The lettuce was cut into ribbons. The chopped tomatoes dominated the bowl. There was around twenty slices of onion. My chicken quesadillas were dry, spicy and cold. IHOP I hate.

This is strictly for Karen. Honestly, normally the service that I get at IHOP is slow and terrible. Today it was great thanks to Karen. She got my order right away and was very friendly. Thank you Karen! I really hope the rest of the staff follows your example.

Never going again.
I just spent 30 minutes trying to call in my food order but no one answered. Ridiculous. What kind of management allows this to happen?
Furthermore, the past few times I've been there placing an order in person, the help is VERY UN-helpful, like I'm bothering them.
Definitely finding a new place to have breakfast.

Locked up 2 hours earlier than the website and the door said, we tried to go in at 1am but doors were locked, even though they are open until 3am on that day. We saw people inside eating and employees saw us standing outside and still didn’t do anything about it.

Server was friendly but slow. No host to seat people. Many tables including my own didn't get drinks for around 15 minutes after an initial 15 minutes of waiting to be greeted at our table. Food came out after about 20 minutes but was cold. Seemed extremely unorganized. Not even understaffed. I think there were about 6 servers on. Not good

I placed a pick up order and it was wrong. I ordered a specific type of pancakes & ordered my steak to be well done. Instead I was given the wrong pancakes, and my steak was way undercooked. Normally I wouldn’t be too upset cause mistakes happen. But this is now the 3rd time I ordered from this specific location and it’s still coming out wrong. There needs to be more awareness when packing up orders.
