This specific restaurant closes at 3am, i got there at 1:25 just to order take out they already had the doors closed and locked to not let anymore customers in, i understand 30 to 40min prior to closing time but this was a whole hour and a half and they wasn't even picking up the phone when i called to place a order since they decided to stop letting customers in. Nothing upsets me more than lazy workers, if you dont want to work than quit your job.

Common practice amongst restaurants so iHop doesn’t stand out on this, but they also put courier delivery services orders on the back burner. My client ordered their food a while ago and it was supposed to be ready , none of the waitresses check in with the to go order and no one picks up the phone after 7+ calls. I know restaurants get super busy but if they can’t handle third party orders they shouldn’t have a contract with them . I’m losing time and money so that they don’t lose money while prioritizing customers that ordered after because grubhub orders were already paid for.

King Queen

I had like the worst waitress, black lady, long braids really rude run out the wrong order just wasn’t feeling her attitude was really nasty. I was scared to even ask if a certain things that I needed. I just feel like I just wasted my money IHOP do better and it was empty. It was like two people in there after she gave me my food me and my family our fool she took so long to come back and by the time she came back I was almost done with my food because she got the order wrong and it’s like I felt like I had no choice but to eat what I had. I’m black just fyi. I just don’t know her name.

Went at lunch time, but got breakfast. Ordered over medium eggs and they came runny and bacon was rubbery. The service was not good, our waitress greeted us then disappeared for the longest time before taking our order. Missing silverware, finally brought water and extra napkins when we were nearly done.

Came for food party of 6 at 10:35pm…. Had to wait 25 mins just to order…. Been waiting 46 mins and still haven’t received food. Waitress ignored us and two different parties received their food before us and they came in and were seated way after us!!! Ended up leaving finally at 12:30am and waitress was a lick and had no answers to where our food was and definitely did not care nor tried to find out and went to help other customers! Horrible service and wait time. Will not return to this location ever again!!!!

Quintasia was our server and absolutely phenomenal with providing amazing service! This ihop was def one of the best we’ve been to. Prompt and precise service! Place was clean and good delicious food! Our fav when in the area.

All we got were 2 Omelets with a side of pancakes and 3 coffees. We had no silverware or sugar when we sat down. When we asked for it they just handed the silverware unwrapped. The coffee was requested to not be poured but was poured anyways and then they didn’t fix it. The food took 30-40 minutes to come and we didn’t even get extra butter like requested. We waited 10-15 minutes for the bill. So much for my moms anniversary breakfast 🤦🏽‍♀️

food is good but customer service is not so great, specially if you have an order for pickup it will show completed on the application but they will keep you waiting saying it’s not ready yet.

Worst staff and waste service,literally I waited 30 mins but no one came to help us .even though store is not busy
I was calling them to help us but simply they are saying they will come but no one came

May I suggest serving soft butter and warm syrup. The butter broke apart when spreading it on the food and the syrup made my food cold.
