I went because they suggested it to me and they were very right! It's the classic American breakfast, they have unlimited coffee. Very good service, the gentleman who served was extremely polite. Delicious dishes and the prices are normal for America. I also asked for a paper cup to take coffee with me because our pot was full and he brought me full cups of coffee for everyone to keep warm. Some people just deserve the tip!!!

Had the worst experience here ever! I usually have a good experience but tonight made me never want to go there again. I walked in and was greeted by a young man that told us he would seat us. I asked if the left section was open and he said no. I said ok can you just sit us in a corner away from the crowd and he offered us the booth right near the entrance. It was chilly out and knew when someone opens the front door we would be hit with the breeze. So I asked if he could sit us 2 tables down and he said ok. The server said our section was closed and I kindly said the other waiter sat us there. She said ok. She then greeted everyone coming in ( 3 different parties ) sat them , and took their order. She not once said, I apologize but you will have to move. She simply said ok. I did not realize that they just were going to ignore us after an employee sat us down at the table that I did not ask for. He sat us down! I have been in customer service for 25 years and I would never think to treat a customer that way. Completely ignoring us and continuing to take the orders of not 1 party but 3 parties that came after us! When I asked why the other waiter sat us there if it was closed and no one was going to serve us the woman waitress said she doesn’t know and that she didn’t even realize we were there! And walked away!!! That’s it! Nothing else! But my husband after we left said that she told the guy I’m not serving them ?!!! Like what? Why? Shame on the 2 employees that worked 4/21 @12:40am!

Our server Crissy was so nice and helped us souch even though it was late after prom. She gave us everything we needed and helped us through figuring out our checks lol. So amazing!

My wife, granddaughter, and I had so much fun yesterday enjoying time together during lunch. My wife had an omelet with cheese that she enjoyed. My granddaughter had chocolate chip pancakes and a strawberry shake. ? She's 5 years old and really enjoyed her meal. My protein pancakes were delicious and healthy, and the coffee ☕️ was hot too. The waitress was friendly and gave extra attention to my granddaughter.Kid-friendliness: Waitress gave my granddaughter crayons and a coloring page. My granddaughter enjoyed it.

We are originally from NY/NJ but We stopped at this ihop to get a ginger ale and a Oreo shake. I am recovering from a stomach virus and Lucy was very accommodating since there was no ginger ale available. She was very hospitable and friendly to us as we walked in and even wished us luck with our new puppy which we were on our way to pick up. Amazing customer service :) she is the definition of valuable customer service. Thanks Lucy!
Met a friend for breakfast, was greeted immediately by the manager and was given a table. The friendly waitress was right there to offer coffee or tea. We both opted for the very berry crepe with blueberries and ricotta cheese and whipped cream for 13.95, I added a side of linked sausage for 3.95 which arrived only luke warm. The crepes were very good. Coffee carafe was left on the table. I feel that the prices are pretty high for breakfast but there is a huge selection.Kid-friendliness: Has children menu

Never again. Service was horrible and food was trash. It’s hard to screw up eggs and pancakes but they did. Orange juice is gross and tastes like metal concentrate. Coffee is stale and weak. I ordered eggs over easy and they were cook all the way through. I asked for new ones and they came back completely raw. My boyfriend got the country fried steak and could barely eat two bites. We left the majority of the food uneaten.
