I had ordered palak paneer, I explicitly asked for medium spices and it was just “sugar” it was way too sweet. Never had palak paneer so sweet that it feels like you are eating green sugar. Rest of the food was good but palak paneer is one big no. It is terrible

*Don't be afraid to try new things!* This food is delicious and after years of my husband eating it for lunch, I finally caved and tried it myself. No longer will I have boring lunches on Fridays.

It's one of my favorite Indian restaurants, only open for takeout since the pandemic! Awaiting the day, seating opens back up!

Literally my favorite restaurant food in the world. We had Indigo at our wedding and it was delicious as always. The folks working there are very nice and always ask how we’re doing when me make an order. Portions are very generous and the flavor is top notch. Whenever I have family or friends visiting it’s at the top of my list for them to try. You won’t be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: I am a very sensitive celiac and have been eating here symptom free for years!

The sauce and flavor was fantastic! The chicken was dry, hard, and overcooked though. I had to cut it up and shred the chicken so it would soak innthe sauce and become moist.

The food here is amazing! I got a lunch box with chicken tikka masala. The chicken was so tender and moist! And the rice was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted phenomenal for a great price. I have a gluten allergy and staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The menu is labeled as well so it is a very easy place to stop and eat!Dietary restrictions: They are incredibly accommodating for gluten-free folks!

This is one of our absolute favorite Indian restaurants in all of CT. They have a great variety of dishes with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We love that you can customize spice levels (I like mild/medium while my partner likes extra spicy) without losing any of the flavor like some other restaurants. Their chai is phenomenal.Vegetarian options: Very large vegetarian selection and quite a few vegan dishes or dishes that can be made vegan if you request.Dietary restrictions: They label which containers have the restrictions so there are no mix-ups. They have several gluten free options. Our friends who have celiac disease have never had an issue with contamination.Parking: Tons of parking as it’s in a plazaWheelchair accessibility: Their location is on the ground floor and easy to access with a wheelchair.

Went yesterday for the first time. Ordered the vegan Aloo Gobi and Aloo Parath. SOOOOOOOOOO good. Service was great, we got our food fast. The menu is extremely organized, most restaurants that claim to be vegan friendly make it very hard to navigate which dishes are vegan, but not Indigo Indian Bistro. There's no way you'll accidentally order something that's not vegan here. A little pricey but the food was worth it. They have hand sanitizer at the entrance and in general, it's very clean. Great Music. Fantastic food. Excellent service. 5 stars! Definitely going back.
