Waited for someone to take my order at least 10 minutes and then had to wait for a cashier to cash me out never asked if I wanted a drink left without a drink because of the cashier left while I was putting my card in not happy 🙃

Service here has severely taken a turn for the worse. Lately all my app orders are taking 20 minutes longer than the app says every time I get there it’s never ready They constantly have people waiting and complaining inside. Someone needs to take control of his store and fix it.
Come here a lot cause my family. Good for what it is, wish they had a bbq or pulled pork sandwich. Line is always long, but besides that good people and good food.

Messed up my order horribly, and the sandwiches were not good. I watched this person reading the ticket and placing items in the to go bag. The receipt on the bag was my order, and everything in the bag was not, insane! Super disappointed.
Fantastic service and fantastic food. The girl at the counter, I didn’t catch her name, was particularly friendly. We will definitely be back!

I come in here regularly or my husband does. At least 2 times a months. I always use my shore points. If you guys look up my account you can see how loyal I am. I went in today and ordered 3number seven subs. 2 giant and one regular. I saw a lot of people waiting and upset. I had a quick experience. But issue was the quality of the food. It was absolutely disgusting. I'm sorry to say I don't know what happened today but no mayo. The breads tasted stale. The store also didn't give me a receipt. I was disappointed and that's why I called the store spoke to a guy named Philip and he wasn't helping. Just making the situation worst. I ended up contacting another store and they gave me more info on how I can complain. I called backthe second time asked for the manager alexis and she spoke to me. She was alsobeing odd and saying that I could be taking advantage of the store by lying about the quality of the food. She told me to chuck the food. I didn’t understand what that meant. But I think she was being sarcastically rude to me. I spent $39.18 on january 2, 2025 at around the time 10:20 am- 11am. It was trash. I think I deserve a store credit or a remake. Again the customer service is veryhorrible and the food is a hit or a miss.

1 Food is hit or miss. When it’s good it’s good. When it’s bad it’s bad.
2. 40 mins for an online order is way to long. People have to get back to work. And they do high volume here in Manchester ct. you would think they would haven’t together by now. I have called several times to complain. To spend 23 and change in a grinder and have to wait 40 mins. Not good. And when u ask if they can make it quicker so you can get back to work they say you’re gonna have to wait. I spent a lot of money at Jersey Mike’s. I think I’m gonna have to find a new place to get food. Unfortunately I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and it’s not getting any better. One sad customer

Every single person working acknowledged me and went out of the way to be kind. Like EVERY single person working was positive and kind. You don’t see that much! I have been having a rough day and its interactions like this that mean so much.

****This is an update.
The owners of this location took my review to heart and updated their food handling protocols. The person handling the cash register only handled money or handled already wrapped food. When those handling food used an already used cloth to wipe down surfaces they did change out their gloves before moving on to the next food order. Please keep up the improved safety and handling improvements .*****
The bad news first - of the 3 employees working at this location I observed 2 of them contaminating food by not following appropriate glove protocols. One was wearing gloves for 10 minutes touching at least six orders of food, the tomatoes, lettuce,etc. with her dirty gloved hands and money and the cash register and wiping surfaces with her gloved hands WITHOUT REMOVING OR CHANGING GLOVES!!!! The second employee decided that wiping his gloved hands down the front of his apron was an appropriate way to clean his hands before moving on to touch food. 😳 Thank goodness I requested that my roll be heated for my food and got a hot sub and that miss "wear my gloves all day" stepped away as my food was being finished up.
It's a shame since the food was prepared hot and fresh but who cares if it comes with bacteria and chemicals. Good luck if you order here and don't get hot food, you could end up with the trots. Based on this I think all employees of rhis chain need to be trained in "appropriate and SAFE" food preparation. And that you "NEVER" wear gloves to collect money or touch the cash register and you should "NEVER" go back to touch food after you've contaminated gloves by touching something else. They need a visit from the health inspector.

Ordered a sandwich for asap came in 30 minutes later and still jot ready waited another 30 for my sandwich to be done workers work in slow motion
