Food is good. This place is busy whenever I go to pick something up. Online ordering does not seem to ever be in time. They prioritize the people in person, and get very backed up with online orders.

Placed an order online because I had to be somewhere. I got there 30 minutes later and my sandwich wasn't ready. They proceeded to make sandwiches for 10 people in line before they would even start mine. All the 10 people got their sandwich first and I still had to wait after another 15 minutes because they said they were backed up on mobile.

Had to cancel my movie plans over this.

Ordered online at 5:15. The app said it would be ready at 5:35. It is now 6:00. Have been waiting in the store for 20 minutes and they haven’t even started making our sandwiches yet

I basically come into this store every night after work, and there’s this one worker I think her name is Megan( not sure) but let me tell you… whatever she is getting paid isn’t enough. Today she was working by herself, when she is usually closing with the “Manager” Vincent who is absolutely awful( I’m glad he wasn’t in today) you can tell that when they work together, Megan is the only one with a sense of urgency. Even thru the mix of it all having to deal with that Vincent guy( if you ask me he is visibly intoxicated anytime I come in) and the rush of absolutely rude costumer’s Megan still try’s to get everyone one out in a quick but friendly manner. If that Vincent guy is really the manager, corporate needs to take a look and evaluate their workers bc Megan definitely deserves more than what she gets for everything she puts up with. I haven’t seen her here in a while but when I stopped in today, it made my day knowing I was gonna get my sub made right and get out quick without and vulgar remarks. This establishment need more workers like her.

This Guy the “so called” Manager is very rude and unprofessional, he was complaining in front of customers about working a 10 hr shift like we care! All we want is to get our food and leave not listen to him complain and be rude when he see’s customers walking in huffing and puffing! It’s very annoying he did this so much a group of ladies walked right back out! This type of unprofessionalism is unacceptable! Please do something this guy ASAP he is causing you to lose customers!!

Unknown Like a ghost

The guy with the puff pony tail had the nastiest attitude alive. As soon as you walk up to order he has an attitude and is making nasty remarks to customers trying to order. Multiple people left due to his remarks and he just kept them going. He seriously needs to be fired because taking out your anger on customers because you’re not happy you worked a 10 hour shift has nothing to do with anyone else. Never coming back to this location ever again !

I have been coming to this location since it opened. The service has gone down hill drastically. If you order online make sure you show up 30 minutes AFTER your order is supposed to be ready and maybe you will only wait 10 minutes. I sat and waited for our food for 30 minutes after my pick up time. Counter service was light and I could have had my order made 20x over if I just stood in line. After finally getting our food I got home and my giant grinder has less meat then my wife's regular and the grinder had not been cut at all. If you want good food and service save yourself a horrible experience and go to the Vernon location. For a $20+ grinder it was sad.

Ordered through the app and was giving a pick up time. Showed up at the store on time, took over 20 minutes past pick up time to receive order. Even after being here for 15 minutes they finally call to say they have no pickles for one of the sandwiches. Horrible service, too long a wait. I can find another over priced sandwich place better than them.

I’ve really tried to give this location a fair shot, but every time I come, it’s the same story. Compared to the Glastonbury and Newington stores, which are always on point, the Manchester one just doesn’t measure up.

Even with only a few people in line, I end up waiting over 20 minutes. The store usually feels understaffed, kind of messy, and the energy is just… off. The staff doesn’t seem super engaged — there’s usually swearing, no real sense of urgency, and it just doesn’t feel like anyone’s really in charge.

If you come after 7pm, be ready to wait. I’ve tried coming back a few times hoping for a better experience, but it honestly feels like the place is just being poorly managed. It’s a bummer, because I love Jersey Mike’s, just wish this location lived up to the brand.

Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to, waited 30 minutes for 1 simple sandwich and was passed over 3 times by other customers. Every time I’ve been to this location I’ve waited at least 20-30 minutes. Food is alright though.

Usually they are pretty nice but there is a manager who worked 6/3/25 at night, who was the rudest employee I’ve ever come across at this location. HE was upset because myself and 4 other customers came in at 8:40pm and proceeded to show his anger by rolling his eyes, slamming down the cold cuts on the counter and stating that he can’t wait to get out. I will like to be contacted by the GM and the owner due to his nasty attitude. His response was his GM Katherine scheduled him without extra staff. I informed Alexis that was on the grill that I did not want bacon due to my religious beliefs and he (the manager) proceeded to say it’s not going to contaminate your food while laughing with the customer behind me who requested bacon on his sandwich. If I file a lawsuit for not acknowledging what I asked for and discriminating against me I’m sure this would be taken seriously. I would like to be contacted by the OWNER -(These are franchises)and not the GM as she is the kindest most hardworking manager I’ve ever met and this has never happened while she was on shift. THIS IS BEYOND THE STORE LEVEL!!! . I was extremely embarrassed, disappointed, felt discriminated against and overall appalled by the attitude and actions of this manager. Kat knows who I am and it’s unfortunate that I will never come back to this jersey mikes again.

This place is the worst. I’ve gone in there and waited for a pickup a placed an hour prior. This has happened several times. There’s one guy in there who is flat out disrespectful. I placed an order on the website, was charged off my card and the guy told me my order wasn’t there. Then proceeded to smile right at me, telling me he’s not a liar which isn’t something I even insinuated. I told him I wasn’t sure what happened because I did place my order and maybe it was an issue in their system. Management is unprofessional and rude. After the last experience I refuse to go back to this location. The man next to me even said how he was treating customers was absolutely disgusting and how he spoke to me was wrong. I get told to reach out to management and with the disrespect most of their employees give, they won’t do a thing.

Never fails. Every time I order a sub from here they never put enough meat, it’s literally more bread than meat! The chicken bacon ranch it’s too salty bad barely chicken and ranch! Very disappointing!
