Great customer service skills. Knowledgeable and efficient while taking orders- chicken philly is delicious. A little wait time but that’s what to expect with the freshness of food they offer. 1st time here- I’ll be back!

I was there on 3/21/24 when I noticed a young man throwing out breath and I asked him were those Dale loads of bread and he said yes and he proceeded to make my sandwich what does stale loaf of bread both ends were hard I noticed and he has such an attitude and he thought that it was funny that I asked him to change attitude and he thought it was funny that I asked him to change my bread to a fresh loaf come to find out that one was even harder I have never had such an experience at that Jersey Mike's or any other Jersey Mike's like that the sandwich was not good and I was not happy and I don't think I'll be going to Manchester anytime soon

The good: sub was delicious, you could tell it was fresh as you can see them slicing the meat and cheese right in front of you. Workers seem friendly.The bad: this location is tiny, and the line backs up very quickly. I’m not sure why the person ringing people out isn’t focusing on getting people cashed out. I waited 10 min to be cashed out because the worker couldn’t find a mobile order.It’s pricy for a full sized sub, my order for one sub and a drink was ~$20. You could get a fresh sub at big y for less and deal with less of a line.Vegetarian options: I saw 1 vegetarian sub on the menuParking: Located in the worst parking lot in Manchester. It’s usually easy enough to find parking but it will take at least 10 min to leave.

Sandwiches are good but this place can’t handle pick up orders at lunch time. I waited a solid 30 minutes with a huge crowd all waiting for their orders. Some had been there longer than me. I ended up leaving without my food because I had to get back to work. They need a better system. Hopefully I can get my money back.

I went to Jersey Mike’s on my lunch break and was so impressed with my experience I had to leave a review. What could have been a frustrating situation was handled so well that I couldn’t be frustrated at all. I was going to order online, but the wait time was 45 minutes, so I decided to go in person and order. When I got there, I realized why the wait time was 45 minutes. They were extremely busy with tons of online orders and plenty of people in line too. I was so impressed with the manager. Did it take a little longer than usual? Yes. But he was doing such a great job of keeping things running smoothly, telling his employees they were doing a great job, and apologizing to customers and explaining that they had 4 call outs today which is why they were so short staffed and a little busier than normal. Again, could have been a frustrating situation having it take so much longer than normal, but I was so impressed with how smoothly they kept everything running and the manager not getting stressed out or frustrated, he just stayed positive and kept things moving. Kudos to the whole team!

I asked the associate at the counter where my food was and he lied and said "it was being made in the back" (didn't even check in the back). Then another associate had to retake my order and I had to wait even longer. no apology either and they were giving coupons to other customers over the delay, never eating here again.

I ordered the club sub online and didn’t get all the ingredients I asked for in my grinder. No bacon, no banana peppers, no jalapeños. They also added vinegar to it when I said no vinegar. And when I got home and took it out the bag the grinders felt so cold like they came out of a freezer. This will be the first and last time I will ever order from this location.

I used to love this place . And used to tip until they started making my sandwich wrong or just sloppy af . But this problem with Same girl over and over is why i wont be going there at all anymore . Watches and tries to wait and see if someone leaves a tip , then if they are someone that does not tip she will withold the order and when you keep having to go up and ask if its ready she pretends that she cannot find your order . Its a joke . The place was great before that girl started . Long dark hair . Pretended to not remember who i was like 5 times ?then the other girl that is working is special needs and cannot seem to get the sandwich made without accidentslly swiping mayo all over . And reaches for lettuce and when she does my sandwich ended up in her arm pit ….. im done with jersey mikes in sw . The people there are not happy with a busy store yhey want tips for making a sandwich im carrying OUT ! Lucky to be busy these days
