Consistently rude experiences with staff, one particular female workers threw my pick up order at me from across the counter. She refused to walk my drive through order to my car and told us to come inside if we wanted it. Then refused to communicate in anything other than eye rolls. Did anyone ask you to work at kfc?
Ordered the honey bbq sandwich, as advertised comes with pickles, colonel mayo and smothered in the returning honey bbq sauce. Got a chicken patty barely sauced and put on a bun, then charged 27 cents per sauce is wild—do better

First, my wife ordered a sandwich that they said she couldn’t have because she had to order it online second I ordered a eight piece breast only ($38.00)they gave me two breast on top and crappy chicken underneath. I ordered large potato wedges. They decided not to give me those I ordered coleslaw they decided not to give me that and all the chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was an assortment. I tried to call them to see if I could come back in. They could fix it but they decided not to answer the phone and no voicemail. My total bill was just under $70 for crap.East Hartford is much better. I usually go there but I was in a rush. I live in Manchester.
