We had a delivery tonight and I want to COMMEND THE STAFF at KFC for being so thoughtful, kind and considerate to not only include everything we ordered, but pack the order safely, and it was sealed as well. The FOOD WAS HOT, DELICIOUS AND ALL WAS COOKED JUST RIGHT !! The beverages were all correct and filled with care with lots of ice too. The delivery driver was right on time - thank you so much - and thanks to all of the efforts in putting this order together and getting it to us to enjoy this evening. Ordered a delivery for two of us which was actually a lot of food, and drink too. We cannot say thank you enough for the kindness of the staff members who prepared our order tonight. It was packed carefully, and nothing was forgotten. The beverages were delicious as was the temperature and deliciousness of the food. We want to encourage everyone to contact this KFC too. I saw a promo for the 12 piece new tenders deal. I ordered it around 1:40pm online and arrived around 1:50pm at the location to find it was not ready. The staff were very apologetic for the wait and friendly. Everything was made fresh and they even threw in the some extra goodies while i was waiting. I probably left there around 2:10pm. Staff went above and beyond to ensure i felt welcome and comfortable while i waited. When i got home with the food and opened everything up it was all excellent. Some of the best KFC ive ever had. Well worth the wait. Thank you!

We arrived at 9:11pm and attempted to order a bucket of chicken and we were told that the fryers were shut down and no more chicken was available for the night (the store closes at 10pm) We then watched no less than 5 additional customers get turned away.
Although the place was very nice, I did notice something while I was there. While, standing And waiting for my order I noticed when they were packing someone else's order. There were no more as you can say. Small popcorn chickens on the tray, except for 3 crumbs, the associate unnamed unrevealed As I will not Decided to scramble around the empty tray Trying to find one more piece to put in the order mind you. These little 3 pieces were very crispy. As she dug around and found one, she threw it in the order and then close the seal. As if it was okay for her to just throw that last Good-for-nothing. Bad piece n I know, she probably felt like she was doing them justice by adding it, but in all reality that one little piece probably ruined their meal.It would have ruined my mail if I bet into one and almost broke a tooth.Not saying that's the case But no one wants From the bottom of the tray So instead of making new ones, they decided to just leave the tray empty until it was down to the last three that I do not agree But other than that, the other people behind the register were very kind. The older Spanish woman with the glasses was very helpful and made sure that my order was packed. We're ready to go the gentleman behind the. Register was also very friendly and helpful. Mind you, they do have very good updates. It is, and would be a very nice place to stop and get food. I have never eaten at this place. Parking: It is in a very good location. They also have a drive through. I must say. This place has been around for years. This is the only reason why I'm giving such a review. Because I want to seek succeed and continue to succeed. This has been a landmark in Manchester for the only KFC. In one of the local areas in The Hartford Connecticut area So they have a big reputation to uphold, and I am going to make sure that they uphold it. By saying my piece, hopefully the owners take into consideration, love the updates.But the staff you have to update them on when to start cooking new food

I see exactly why they have terrible reviews. First, the woman taking the order is yelling and talking to someone else while taking my order. I was then asked to move up to wait for my food. As I am waiting the gentleman who works there forces himself behind my car to get into the door then comes to my car agressively asking me to move after I was told to go there and wait. Just shut the whole place down.

Last chance. Do not get orders correct, chicken tenders were old, hard as a rock and dry. Macaroni and cheese tasted old and going bad. I was afraid to eat it. The biscuits tasted like they took a bath in salt. Their food quality sucks. Do not waste your hard earned money.
