Furious! I placed an online order and paid for it on KFC's website. This store stated they only go by name however they couldn't find my name and they DO NOT go by an order number!Called corporate and they are issuing me a refund now but takes 2-3 business days.I will be avoiding this location as not to mention they were rude.

Was there with my wife got 2 simple order famous bowl and 3 piece with potato wedges....the 3 piece was given to us with fries and the biscuit was as hard as cement like if it had been sitting out side and then given to us ...it was truly horrible...this place was a great place yo go to with the fam but I'm going to have to find an alternate place to go to

The first time I have ever ordered from Manchester KFC and this is what I find inside my chicken while I bit into it. I tried calling to complain about it and of course no answer. Never would I order from this restaurant again!! I’m glad it wasn’t any of my children.

This is disgusting, and I’ve given multiple chances as everyone has bad days. Employees handling the food with the same gloves they clean with, employees taking smoke breaks with the same gloves on that they handle food with and going back in keeping the same gloves on is crazy. I’m just over this location 1 out of 10 I don’t recommend.

Ordered a tender meal, which was $17. The tenders were warm at best, and not even actual tenders, but thinly sliced chicken breast (about 1/4 inch thick) that were breaded and fried. This was the worst shrinkflation I have seen yet. Better off going across the street and getting Krispy Krunchy Chicken at the gas station to get better chicken and more bang for your buck if you just want tenders.
Normally I give each review I write a fair amount of effort and care. KFC has fallen from whatever form of grace it once feebley held. And it doesn't deserve the respect of effort.The food is basically inedible, it is hard and dry with absolute no flavor. The chicken is so low quality and cooked with such disregard for flavor or care that I would say canned chicken is of higher quality. The macaroni and cheese is pathetic. There is no flavor in any of the items at all. You would think with such low quality of food that the price would also be low, $38 for chicken and sides that is worse than 5 day old gas station chicken is borderline a culinary crime.This franchise has fallen so below acceptable standards. If you're sitting here reading this review thinking "man I haven't had KFC in a while, maybe I should try it"Save yourself the time and money and go eat mud from the backyard. At least that will be fresh and organic.

So I went to this location today around 1 in the afternoon....so a guy comes from where I think is the bathroom...Has gloves on.....So now I not thinking much so he takes my order...then starts to make my foodWith the same gloves on....he touched money wit....Then I see the guy re flying my 8 piece wing...meal...then touching on my biscuit.....Nah .....they not rite over there....I needed a refund....asap....U can't make this up
