Went to eat there during my lunch. The food was cold specially the plantains and tostones. They gave me attitude about refunding me $1. The cost of the tostones it was not about the money. But please if you have a restaurant take pride in what you are serving your customers.

Today, I went to this place for the first time. I am very disappointed the flavor of the food is not like that of a Puerto Rican cook, and I know this because I come from a family that had a farm and cooked delicious food every day. The yellow rice was disgusting, and the beans had no flavor. I think that the owners of this place do not care because they do not comment on all the negative comments that have been posted.The "pasteles" was old and dry see the attached picture. Never, never, never I will go to that place. Spanish: Jamas voy a volver a Este establecimiento. La comida no tiene NADA de sabor puertorriqueño. Los pasteles eran viejos y secos vean la fotografia. Me robaron mi dinero.

My wife and I love this place. The food quality and taste are superb. My favorites are pernil, arroz con gandules y amarillos. My wife loves bacalao guisado y yautia o yuca. The truth is that everything we have ordered has been delicious. Make sure to bring cash as they don't take credit cards, but there is an ATM on site. If you see a long line, don't leave. It will be so worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their online door dash menu has it set up where it looks like if you order the pork you receive rice with it. And an option to change to white rice. We recieved 2 orders of Fatty Pernil with no rice. Called and explained and they gentleman on the phone was understanding trying to help it was the OWNER as the young man called her said no they just order pork that's it. They wouldn't do anything to rectify that their door dash website is very misleading. Cause what pregnant woman wants to just sit here and eat 1/2lb of Fatty not even alot of meat pork by it's self? The young man was awesome in trying to assist us it was the owner who didn't care and was ok with misleading customers to pocket money. Never again!!!!
