We were excited to try this place. We ordered food online. We were charged for the food. Given an expected pickup time. When we arrived they told us that they don't do online orders anymore; they have the tablet turned off because it's too expensive. They told us to dispute it with our credit card. What a horrible way to do business. Remove the online order option from your website. Don't charge customers and have them show up and tell them you ignored the order and dispute it.

Had an online order drove all the way here to pickup and they are closed! Yeah I’ll get a refund but not for my wasted time and gas….

They don’t even answer the phone or call back during normal business hours.
Food was good but definitely overpriced. Would come back but the prices are steep.

Delicious and authentic Equadorian!
It's worth the price and the service is great... there's a language barrier and that's worth working through.
We enjoyed the shrimp ceviche and the parrillada la toquilla, grilled 5 meat platter.
It's a special occasion place for us now. Inside is modest, cozy and just a few tables, Valentines Day dinner wasn't crowded at all.

What a great find. This little restaurant was quiet on the Friday I had lunch here. The server was friendly and helpful. Diners are given a basket of plantain chips, like other restaurants put out bread. I really enjoyed the ceviche (which I hadn't had since I was in Ecuador a few years ago), empanadas, and plantain.
