Ordered the Flo Filet and Lobster, received a 6 oz filet as expected but the lobster tail had a piece of lobster meat half the size of the filet. The manager's excuse was that everything is portion served. That lobster was 3/4 tail and 1/4 lobster meat, the lobster meat was 1/2 the size of the steak, the manager would not do anything even after seeing the deficiency. I like their steaks but never again will I order that Flo filet and lobster. The manager decided not to do anything to correct the issue. Too expensive, never again.

We were seated promptly but waited about 20 mins to even be acknowledged. I ordered soup as an appetizer and it never came. When I mentioned it to the waitress she said she would box that up with bread to take home? Ummm no…when my steak came the I had to ask for another fork because mine had food stuck on it from someone who ate prior to me. Then they never brought the mushrooms, my steak was half gone before I could track down the waitress. I had to actually get the hostess to get out check because our waitress was no where to be found. I can see if it was busy but it was 5:30 and plenty of open booths. I was totally disgusted with the level of service here and I notice many recent complaints about the same issues. The long and short of this is I paid over 100.00 to go home completely frustrated…

Great service. Food was great.

Nothing is worse than getting a 12 oz quarter inch non marinated ribeye that comes well done when you asked for medium.

Overcooked baked potato. The sour cream could not save it.

Don't go here. Someone gave us a gift card for this disapointment.

Enjoyed the two couples in back of us scamming the waiter out of free drinks and a free dessert.

Okay so we were waiting almost hour for our food and when they came with it they didnt bring one of the sides which they said they would bring in 30 swconds but never did. Then the waitress was super unprofessional giving me attitude when i mentioned it. The steaks they brought were terrible, i had ny strip in medium but one side was well done and the other was just RAW, my friends expiernced pretty much same thing either undercooked or overcooked. I suggest to anybody that wants a steak to just go to TEXAS ROADHOUSE which is 2 minutes away from this place and save yourself a headache.

Had Flo's fillet- it was so tender! I loved the brussel sprouts side and the strawberry pecan salad as well! My whole meal was delicious!

I think the food, service and atmosphere are awesome. My only suggestion would be to make sure you have silverware in the bag before leaving with it when getting something to go. I got a steak the first take out I received and requested silverware but when I got to my destination I had no eating utensils, it was quite disappointing.

Excellent service. Very good dishes. Magnificent restaurant to enjoy meat cutting dishes. Although the waitress made a mistake on one of the dishes (there were three entrée orders in total), all the dishes ordered were delicious. The alcoholic beverage area is recommended. The waitress was very friendly and although she did not speak Spanish, she gave us good service.
