I’ve never heard of a McDonald’s saying 1 order at a time especially when 2 orders were already pre ordered on the app I’ve been to many McDonald’s through the country they always take 2 except this one today where he was semi rude and I’m not one to leave bad reviews but for me to have to go back around and pick up the 2nd order which was ordered at the same time as first one is ridiculous this happened on 7/13/25 at 2:53am im not sure if he was having a bad day but this has never happened here when I’ve come but it’s a Saturday night and the last thing I’m trying to do is sit in a long line for a order I ordered at the same time as the first

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited 25 min for an ice coffee Soo many people waiting for stuff in lobby. drive thru line out to road. No one at counter the whole time. Manager didn't want to speak to anyone was rude and uninviting. If you like great food and excellent service stay FAR AWAY from here.

Seem all McDonald's ignore the people in the lobby since they got the kiosks. Just forgetit if your paying with cash! I can't forget to mention the pleasant huff n puff staff yeah they want to be there!

Three times; twice consecutively have I ordered, not only did I not receive my order (though one can clearly see the staff making it after having confirmed they have it).
I was double charged, lost thousands of earned points; not to mention rude, incompetent staff (only one great staff member out of the whole team she assures everything and fix what is not) and no resolution to ANY issues.
Not sure if it's an overall McDonald's thing or just this location. If you have anxiety, would NOT recommend... gas lighting ordering experience.
