I been waiting on register for long.and they charge me for sauce while i gat tree orders .that’s mean I should to get tree of sauces without charging me.worst service just don’t come over.

I was really tired and needed a pick me up. This young man brought me my order without saying a word while I was getting some. Ice and he did it with a smile. Thank you. Small fries and a cone, you know who you are. I thank you. And this McDonald's has the best. Ice cream cones. Their ice cream is perfect. Fries we're perfectly cooked and lightly salted. The way they should be

(Edit)Sunday corporate said the owner would give me a call back. Never did. Come to find out when I refused my order they went inside charged me 2nd order refund that and not my original order. So after I go to the bank to get the transaction close out my account open up a new account i am going down with the police and press charges for fraud. Person stealing people money when asking for refund is not right im sure the owner is covering why I did not get a call back. But I am going to press charges and file a lawsuit unless the owner calls me back before I make it to the police station. And makes it right and fires the person doing fraud transaction
I'm a 100% done with every single McDonald's.They're all ran so poorly . Pay get told to move up. Then give cars behind me all there food n leave ask for refund they magically come out with my food nope at the point I wasted 5$ in fuel. And 15mins of my time driving n waiting there pointless to eat now happens eveytime. Im just done. Its first come first serve for a drive threw made my complaint. But im done done never going to anther mcdonals again. This experience rewin it. Ima.never eat another big Mac again due to how poorly they all are ran now

The worst McDonald's ever. I order from the app and they constantly tell me I never ordered even though I have an emailed receipt. They don't even make an effort to rectify the problem.
The young man at the drive throw window definitely did not want to be there. The attitude, he didn't hand me the receipt properly and it blew away and just stood there.
