(Update at bottom) Waited in line for 45 minutes including paying at the window. Waiting again at the food window for them to say “we don’t have any food”. Meanwhile I’m watching their truck leave because he’s unloaded. Refused to offer refund or managers name, and stole $18 from me. I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries, and got nothing. They said to refund on the app but they already accepted AND put the food as picked up so the cancel option wasn’t available. I sat there until they implied the police were coming, still refusing to refund me the money. I was also told “what you would like to replace your meal with” and then was told “we don’t have anything” when I said a different burger. This incident will be reported to authorities and corporate. Vanessa was a worker who offered for us to call back the next morning to speak to a new manager. I will update accordingly

Morning Manager Rosa gave us a call directly to let us know that a refund would be available in store. The night manager who told us to leave and refused a refund will be punished accordingly and wasn’t supposed to let us leave without a refund, according to Rosa. Thankfully, the situation, which didn’t have to happen, was resolved quickly. For that I’ll raise it to 2 stars

This location adds way too much water in their orange juice machine so I would advise sticking to something else. Looks like orange juice but tastes like water. Also this store has zero motivation from most of its employees so the lines do take longer. They’ll be having conversations on their ear buds in so do not expect much.

This is the worst McDonald's ever you wait in line over 1/2 an hour sometimes no one even takes your order. Then you pull up to the window and they still ignore you all I want is my mobile order damnnnn 😂 then they walking around no care yhall need a new management team !!!!! This happened 3x called corporate they said I'll have franchise reach out to you what a joke they never did. Point blank avoid this location 😂

30 minute wait for a McChicken is terrible. They should close this location down. Always a terrible wait time.

Wait had been horrendous at this location lately. I have tried coming twice and both times you would wait in the drive thru line for at least 45 min. It seems to be due to low staff in the afternoons/evenings. It's not the staffs fault they are moving as quickly as they can and serving inside customers and drive thru customers. This location should really look into hiring more people. Especially because I saw 2 people yelling st the poor workers from the frustration of waiting. In the meantime I recommend the Burnside location instead. They have always been fully staffed whenever I go.
