Worst McDonalds ever by far. I've been here a few times and every single time they mess up my order. Been charged for individual meal items instead of as a meal, missing items, wrong items in order, they "mishear" you and mess things up then point to the screen like "uhh but you said..." They're on their phones, not paying attention, don't prompt you to pull forward or anything, just awful all around. Worst employees I've ever seen working anywhere. Most incompetent people I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm not expecting much, its McDonalds, but they are incapable of doing anything right at this place.

This location is terrible. On two occasions I've been denied service cuz they were not able to meet demands. Don't waste your time. Everybody here sucks. It is terrible. It is the most terrible experience that you're never going to have going to a McDonald's. They are the worst in every way. Food's cold sodas flat staph is unpleasant and do not give any kind of care. Do not waste your money going here. Go somewhere else

Standard Macdonalds "prison" atmosphere with all the gray metal color everywhere. Food is Macdonalds Standard. Gotta give it to them for consistency. Service.... well, if you don't mind waiting 10 minutes for a coffee while a bunch of people are waiting there with you and no one is visible behind the counter.... It's just standard Macdonalds.

Very slow service. Took about 15 minutes to get just nuggets and fries for my children. The attention to the customers waiting in front was lacking and very subpar.
Waited 30 mins for my food, paid for a mcflurry I never got because I was tired of waiting. This location sucks. No one speaks English.

I usually don’t leave reviews for a fast food place but this place needs some attention. Right away the kids play space needs severe attention it’s super dirty food on the floor ketchup on the tables . But that’s not why Im doing this review I ordered my food at 12:57pm and was still waiting at 1:30pm for 2 happy meals and a double cheeseburger meal deal . All the attention was on the drive thru and people that came after me were getting their orders . Inside there were like 20 people waiting for food and no manager came out til my order was wrong for the second time and she had no answer for other than throwing her hands up like she didn’t know what to do .Definitely not coming back here for a while .
