I had gotten mcdonalds with my family here and the woman taking our order could not understand what we were saying and it wasn't because of us we were saying it very clearly and repeated it multiple times this girl just did not know English that well And then when we got our food half of the order wasn't there and the order that was there was also completely wrong I understand everyone needs a job but why do we have people who don't understand English on the one part of the job that you would need to communicate in most likely English in?

Worst McDonalds in Manchester! They charged my card and had me waiting in the vehicle spot for more than 20 minutes. I decided to go inside to see what was going on, only for the manager to act like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed the cashier the charge on my card and the manager continued to nonchalantly act as if she had no idea about my order, although she was the one who originally told me I couldn’t order a apple pie because there were no more. As an annoyed pregnant woman, I had the cashier process my refund instead of replacing my order. The next day, the refund was cancelled and my card was still charged the original amount. I had to reach out to my bank in order to refute the charge and get my money back. Never going back here again. You’ll be better off going to the Center Street location.

Order was ready but with 4 people in staff, not one brought the order to the table. After I got fed up and went to ask, the most reluctant lady at the counter tells me that yhe order is there on the table and I should pick it up myself.
