Having the play area, is super loud even when the doors are shut. You can hear it in the dining area. Staffing needs some work, especially when it's busy, long lines, orders wrong. The happy meals I ordered weren't filled in the proper happy meal box. Received the 2 boxes with only kids toy in them. Foid for happy meal was put in my bag with remaining order. Best to go through the drive thru

Dining room hours are until 23:00 and the door is locked at 10:03pm. Nobody answers the phone nobody answers knocks. My 4yo child needs to use the bathroom and they could have had a sale on top of it.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Door locked an hour before closing.

If you pickup food from this location I wouldn’t suggest this location here you never get greeted a young girl was wiping off the trays super slow and just looking like at me like kiss my rear as you can see the bag right there, always a long wait every stinking time, never again the other two locations the one in Vernon on Talcottville Rd.and off 84 E and Ellington on West Rd. are great it’s always ready in the shelves on they are nice and on the ball and clean

Literally the worst McDonald's. Ordered a happy meal and it took over 30 mins then when I asked for a drink cup all I got was dirty looks from the staff. Multiple people had issues and someone was even waiting over an hour for their order.
