Usually they’re great. But I ordered wings tonight and very very specifically requested buffalo with ranch and not blue cheese multiple times. I ended up with the wrong wings and blue cheese. When I called the best they said they could do was 50% off my next wings. This ruined my night

Went for the 1st time yesterday, after my dad's funeral. Food was excellent, the owner, Bob, came out to say hi, super cool dude. I'll definitely come back when I'm in CT next time

amazing time! amazing food. amazing service. the food was phenomenal, new york style pizza. i’m convinced they have a fellow new yorker in the kitchen because their classic margarita pizza was SO authentic. the service was great, kind, helpful, attentive. wait time was super short and we had three pizzas and a burger in our party. lovely atmosphere and seasonal beverages. 11/10. We will definitely be coming back here.

Great pizza which we order almost every Friday night for several years. However the consistently poor customer service from the takeout staff has changed my opinion of the restaurant.
Tonight we called in a pizza order and we're told 35 minutes until it was ready. When we arrived, the staff said it was "in the oven" and needed 5 more minutes. Fast forward 20 minutes, they tell us the order was lost and they were just making the pizza. This has happened to us before which is a frustrating pattern since we really enjoy the pizza.
Not sure I'll be ordering pizza for takeout any longer.

I absolutely do NOT get the hype in this place. The food is over priced, came out cold, and is not very good at all. They leave their water out in pitchers with no covers so dust and dander from people get in it when they walk by and then they pour it in your glass. Save your money. I promise you will be disappointed.

DoorDash messed up my order, and the staff here were very professional. I was able to place a new order and it was ready really fast. I will be calling them directly and ordering from them from now. Thank you for excellent service. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend :) shout out to the amazing staff there!!!
I ordered food to go for dinner recently and I'm usually extremely satisfied with the food, but this time I unfortunately had a really bad experience. When I arrived to pick up my food it was really busy so the food was late, but I genuinely didn't mind that. I didn't mind waiting a little longer, but when I got my food and I brought it home and opened it, the chicken in my Chicken & Pesto sandwich was entirely raw in the middle. I'm assuming either they were busy and trying to fly through orders or felt rushed because I was already there waiting and it was a little behind, but if I hadn't noticed moments before I took a bite I could have gotten really sick. Thankfully, it was pre cut so I could see the center of the chicken right away instead of a few bites in, but I was pretty disappointed regardless.

First time here. The house salad was big and enough for the two of us. We ordered a mushroom and meatball pizza. The crust was thin and crispy. The toppings were good. Wish for a few more mushrooms. The service was great. We will be coming back to try other items on tbe menu.
