Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The waitress literally everytime I go they do not come and check on you even once! They ALWAYS take about 20 minutes to come to the table. And that is why I usually leave everytime

Think the darkness turned off the ambience of the visit

The only problem I had is there is not enough spaghetti sauce or alfredo sauce on the pasta and I did ask for extra

Never even ate! They gave me a dirty spoon, and when I asked for another one it was also dirty, waitress was slow but seemed in a hurry. I guess that's what you get from a place that serves food shipped pre prepared in a bag. I won't go back.

This is really an update of a bad review that I had previously left, I wont go into details. But my last 4 visits were just great, food great, service great....I'm happy I came back because the whole experience was superb.....but that particular bad visit was horrible. Good job!!

At the to-go desk Olivia was amazing!! She was so kind and helpful and made our huge catering order a breeze, thank you Olivia! Everyone loved the food as well!

Ordered scampi with no chicken and extra veggies instead, got halfway through before I found a single larger chunk of chicken in the bottom. Very clearly made it with chicken and then realized and picked what they thought was all of it out. I would have rather them just say they couldn’t make it without chicken if that was a problem.

The food is pretty good, however the last waitress I had wasn't so great. It looks like he was in a rush to get us out of there when we were literally trying to spend more money. We would tell him we want one thing he'll come back with something completely different. However this is only the first time that I had a bad experience in the past it's been wonderful and great and a pleasure. I was so frustrated I didn't even want to take any pictures.

Terrible service and etiquette. Waiter was on something. Got orders wrong, brought drinks late, and tried some sneaky upsells.
