Ordered a Chptl Chicken Avo sandwich. Lots of bread, very little chicken. I essentially paid $12.50 for 2 pieces of bread.

Only kitchen staff, no cashier or servers.
Average cost for a sandwich or a salad $15.00+

After waiting almost a half hour for a sandwich and watching the people behind the counter work more slowly than I have ever seen food service workers work before, I get back to work and find rotten avocado in my sandwich.

I got a steak breakfast sandwich. The eggs are rubbery and chemical-like. They pour them from a carton and don’t use real eggs anymore. If looking for a breakfast sandwich go elsewhere

This used to be a good Panera, but the last couple months the quality dropped dramatically. The times I've been in recently I've had sandwiches missing ingredients, basic things out of stock (how do you run out of bread?), and a general cut back on portioning making every trip more disappointing than the last.
Try a different Panera and just give this one a miss until they get their shit together.

Not far from the highway. Good, hearty food. A fresh soup and a sandwich beats a burger these days. Fast and polite service. Friendly staff. Great for highway travelers, especially families.
