I ordered a half stack of pancakes and a side of sausage for delivery. I got one pancake (for $9.00) and one sausage (for $2.50). Basically, half an order of everything. Biggest rip-off ever! Back to IHOP for me.

I honestly don’t know why this place only has 4.1/5 stars because I have a 5-star experience here every time. Everywhere else I go (exaggeration but, basically) my food gets messed up, but not at Pastrami. It’s delicious, hot, made the way I ask, the servers are always quick and kind…what more can you ask for?!

Super disappointed, this place used to have better service. The food is ok, but when we ordered lunch it states all sandwiches come with a side. Apparently if you don't specify what side you want, they just don't send one. So for 40 dollars I got a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and a turkey sandwich with 3 pickles. If something on your menu states it comes with a side, you should probably make sure people don't want one instead of defaulting to not giving people something they paid for.

We waited 40 min before the waitress told us 2-3 More min for the food. We ended up just asking for to go boxes. Got home. (Which is 3 min away) Food is cold. Also 1 of the 2 orders we did not even receive. Awful service.
