We enjoyed breakfast including one of the casseroles and an egg and cheese sandwich. Food was served hot. The casserole was basically a bread pudding and very dense. Tasty and large portion. The sandwich was well made and rich tasting. Tables and chairs are not comfortable so had to downgrade on atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive.

This is a wonderful place for breakfast. The four of us dropped by today to eat in the cozy restaurant. We were seated right away and provided with menus Two of us had the spinach and bacon casserole, and one had the sausage casserole and finally one had the chicken and waffles. We were delighted by the quick turn around We all enjoyed the breakfasts. We were all very full and pleased with the meals and the quick and nice service. The chicken and waffles were the best that my son ever had! If the coffee were better, the experience would have been even nicer! We will definitely return and recommend Penny’s for a great breakfast experience!

Cute, tiny place. Clean. Friendly service. Food wasn't great though. I got pancakes and they were bland and rather tough. My husband got a casserole that was good but not great, too much cheese (which for me is really saying something). Prices were a little high but the serving sizes were big.

Very cute cafe with colorful platters and cups, high cost for breakfast, very friendly and efficient service, food has great presentation, but blah tasting and prepared food. I loved the decor and atmosphere and the service was so good!!! The server and the cashier were very pleasant and checked on us several times. They were nice and accommodating to all their patrons. But the food wasn’t great! The panini was just fine. The waffle fries and sweet potato fries were perfection but everything else was tasteless. The chicken in the chicken and Waffles was under-seasoned and overcooked. The waffles were soggy. The peaches and cream were unexpected and undesirable. $70 for breakfast for three people is crazy. Hot chocolate for $9 is way too much. Not even Starbucks cost that much! While I loved the colorful cups, I don’t like drinking from plastic as they hold odor and are bad for our health and the environment. I’d prefer glass mugs for beverages.

Parking: There is a parking lot behind the facility but it wasn’t available as workers were removing snow and salting the ground. There were parking spots in front on the street. I’m not sure whether they were free or not.

I've never even ordered off the menu, I always just get a baked item, and even after always getting a new one each time, there are still a bunch I've yet to try. Always something new in the rotation

I came by today because I was craving pancakes. Maybe this wasn't the establishment for that since I was told they are known for their casseroles when I arrived by the cheery server. They had some really creative looking ones, but I didn't come there for that. The service was friendly, excellent, and attentive.

The server was quick to take my order and even quicker to bring the food out. I never experienced such fast turn around before. It was as if the people in back had a head start on my order, and that's what I suspect happened since I received the saddest pancakes I've ever had in my life. The butter packet that I was given didn't even melt on it. They were nowhere near as hot as most fresh pancakes I was used to. It was like they were premade and waiting, or they were frozen and made in a microwave. They had a stale quality to them, they just were missing something. Could it be love? Anyways the eggs were hot, but were slightly undercooked as if made with haste, but the bacon I must say was perfectly done, so it wasn't a complete disappointment, but maybe they should take Pancakes off the menu if this is how they normally are. I won't say don't go here, but don't get the pancakes.

I looked at their baked goods and honestly their muffins looked like something I would enjoy. I wish I had gotten one of those instead.

I purchased and egg and cheese on a kaiser roll and sandwich was filled with egg shells. I tried to call to report this and was on hold for 6 mins. I hung up and tried to call back now the line is busy so I'm writing a review. This is disgusting and I will try to reach out again. I will not eat from here again.
