Hands down the best Indian buffet that I've ever had in the US. Thursday is their Dosa night where they have a live Dosa station along with South Indian staples served in buffet style. On the weekends they have buffet lunch ranging from Goat Dum biriyani to Haryali green chili chicken to their famous Tawa fish (amazing appetizer). If you like Indian food and you're interested in expanding your experience beyond the standard vindaloo and tikka masala, you have to check out the amazing menu at Peppers. So many delicious dishes from different regions of India that you'll have to keep coming back to try more of them. Personally, I recommend the Curry Leaf Chicken and Paneer 555, both so yummy!
