*** Disrespectful Customer Service***My attempt to order food over the phone ended in disappointment when I was met with a dismissive response: “I’m busy, I cannot take your order, order online.” This lack of courtesy and professionalism left me feeling undervalued as a customer…. And story continues; as it turned into a demeaning experience when I was treated like a moron and instructed with step-by-step directions on how to order online (surprisingly have time to guide this but not for taking the order, seriously??). This insulting behavior not only left me frustrated but also highlighted a severe lack of professionalism on the part of the restaurant. Such disrespectful treatment of customers is unacceptable and has deterred me from ever patronizing this establishment again.

Bought a goat tempura bucket for delivery. The biriyani was so salty that even after eating with raitha it was still salty. Guessing the chef forgot and put salt twice. Lost my appetite and had to order food again from a different restaurant for the guests. Will not recommend, waste of money that could’ve been well spent.Absolutely disappointed!!

Saturday lunch buffet was delicious!! Vegetarian options were really good. Loved the condiments too.Vegetarian options: Veg Biryani, carrot soup, veg corma, mushroom pulav were delicious.
