Everyone is so polite and friendly. With the way things are in this country lately it’s nice to go to a place where your surrounded by good people good energy.

Terrible experience would highly recommend staying away. Was looking forward to finding a good practitioner but I can say it’s not here

Three strikes they are out!!! I have done my due diligence every time I have an appointment with either the medical, “urgent” care for their patients, or even their lab work. . I ask the questions ahead of time to make sure everything is locked in place. I get there, and there is miscommunication again, and instead of getting my bloodwork done, I was supposed to have a seat and wait, to see what the issue is!!!! I was told on the phone, and in person, that I do not have to see the dr, etc. again for this blood retest. I do not get why this keeps happening at this particular facility, but this time I said no, I am not sitting around waiting again, until they decide who screwed up with initial miscommunication with me. Everyone is busy, and do not have time to just sit around while they figure things out!!! I will NOT be a patient here anymore. I have actually given more than three strikes. It’s just deplorable. Some of the medical staff are condescending, and treat you like you are an imbecile. They want to do another whole set of labs, and pretty much do a physical again, when you just had a full physical, and the whole panel, a few months ago. And then they want to add some different ones that I KNOW I do not need. Maybe I will try a different facility, but definitely not going back to Manchester facility.

Laughably bad in every imaginable way; Over and over again. Don’t go here. Just…don’t. I can tell you that most to all of their bad reviews are from reasonable ppl. Otherwise, they would not have an overwhelming number of bad reviews. It’s nothing BUT bad reviews. Anyway, you’ve been warned.

Go anywhere else. Don’t trust these people with your health because they could not care less, they just want a check. Unprofessional staff, doctors aren’t good enough for you to put up with the disrespect and sheer struggle of getting things like crucial medication NEEDED to survive. My mom just had brain surgery, her pcp was notified months beforehand that she’d need a 2 week post op appointment and I called to make that appointment, had it scheduled for 3:45. I know this was the time because I asked for the latest time they could do that day. When we get there, the receptionist tells us the appointment was at 3 and that we can wait and see if the patient shows up for their appointment. When I emphasize that this is a POST OPERATION appointment for brain surgery, the receptionist goes ‘Oh well she can always follow up with her surgeon’…no, really? Admits that it was a mistake on their end, fails to recognize the wasted time and needed attention my mother was entitled to, makes it seem like it’s not a big deal and then ignores us. My mother has always complained about how she has to FIGHT to get her prescriptions through as well, for medication she quite literally cannot live without. Completely disrespectful of your time and health.

When you can actually get through, the Pro Health phone Staff are just excellent, supportive in fact. If anyone understands how difficult and disappointing it is to be patient in this group practice the phone staff does. The support staff in general is quite good. Overall the medical and diagnostic care is low standard for anyone who is ill. Wellness checks and annual exams are well done to the general standards. But if you are ill I suggest seeking safe care elsewhere.

This place charges patients on Medicaid which is an illegal practice. Complaints filed with insurance commissioner. I had multiple conversations with billing staff and they refused to correct the problem and charged me 300 dollars.

Dismissive and took a week to review results of an echo for breathing issues. Unacceptable and I will be switching from Prohealth completely.

I booked appointment with doctor, for my legg problem. But when I came for my appointment, they say I do not have appointment with them and they want to put me in wall in. This is 2nd they did.

I had excellent experiences up until the past 2 months. My provider was phenomenal and I was so pleased with her. Suddenly my appointments started getting rescheduled/cancelled the first time they called me and then 3 consecutive times I showed up for my scheduled appointment and it was cancelled on their end, last time they said it was because my blood work wasn't done gave me a lab sheet and told me to come back today. My provider's last day is June 28 and I have some significant health decisions that I need to discuss with her. I was told there was no way she could talk to me because the rest of her patients for the day don't speak English and she was the only doctor that could translate. I offered to wait until 7:00pm but was told I might as well make an appointment with a new doctor because she is leaving anyway. They said they couldn't override an appointment as if I was just showing up randomly. They couldn't override an appointment but it's ok to cancel my appointment and act like I am being unreasonable for asking. This doesn't even take into account THEY have been cancelling my appointments for 2 months.(Without calling and me showing up) I am still sitting in the parking lot to leave this review because I am speechless that this could happen. I have never missed an appointment and l showed up for 3 that they cancelled without notice to me. This is only my 2nd time writing an online review (the 1st was for 5 star service).
Disgusted that I had to beg to see my provider when I had an appointment, they screwed that up not me. At the end of all of that I am left out to dry....
