Today I had a wonderful experience at Poke Don Manchester. Cindy understood my order, she made two amazing bowls for me and my daughter; and she has the best attitude and customer service. The fact that she has been an employee for five years says a lot. Thank you Cindy for being so kind and warm today. Thank you Liza for being a fantastic team mate. I'll be back!

Honestly... I love this place. I didn't have a issue until I found a hair in my food. Then realized NOBODY wears hair nets and everyone has various lengths of hair. Just seems like a silly oversite... Food service and hair nets go together like feet and shoes...

Ordered the spam masubi, it was bland flavorless and the spam meat was pale, tasted like it was made ahead of time and reheated. On a side note the staff was friendly and helpful.

I used to come here when they first opened and the quality of the poke was exceptional, lately you can tell the ingredients arent as fresh as they can be, the pickled radish in particular had a bad taste. i used to love it on my poke but it just tasted sharp and bad i had to spit it out. I find myself craving how their food used to taste and then disappointed when I eat from there now.

I've been coming here almost weekly, it's bad š the poke is great quality, the ramen is solid, and the boba is the cheapest around. Staff are friendly and the place is clean and cute. Highly recommend

Took friends to lunch. They suggested the place. I wasnāt very optimistic but was very surprised on how good the ramen was. Iām use to going to more traditional Japanese places.
My friends are an older couple and the staff was kind and patient with them. Something I donāt usually see from younger staff in an establishment model like this. I appreciated that.

Food and service was good... employees are always friendly.... But I've heard from friends that come here often that employees don't get the cash tips which is true. They were low on change and the boss came out and just took it from the tip jar... I won't leave my money that I want to go to workers if it's being used as change.

Tried Poke Don while traveling through, and I was happy we did. The make your own poke bowl was fantastic. All the ingredients were super fresh and they didnāt skimp on anything. I got a three protein bowl and the price was very good for the size of the bowl. The staff were super friendly. Iāll be stopping by, next time Iām traveling through.
I loved this place when it first opened but it has gone downhill very quickly. They started offering ramen soup which I got food poisoning from within a few hours of eating. It had eggs that were undercooked in the soup so Iām assuming thatās where it came from but I have also heard many other complaints about food poisoning from this place recently. They are known for not being sanitary and leaving food out for too long. Even though it looks clean when you walk in there a very bad fish smell which is unappetizing.

Really love this place. Friendly staff with great options. They are always stocked and the employees are always super friendly. They are also very generous with the portions. I recommend trying their boba teas as well. Overall 5/5 stars, highly recommend eating here.
