The food is NOT Halal. Fryer is shared with non halal chicken.They use Halal bone-in chicken but it is cooked in the same oil as their non-halal chicken, making the halal chicken not halal anymore. Such a bummer. If they use a separate fryer for halal, they would gain business from all the Muslim customers of Manchester and the surrounding towns. Still some Muslims go there thinking they are getting halal chicken. I'm a business owner myself. We keep one fryer for vegan orders (like fries and vegetable samosas). So I know it is not hard to do. It's a very small investment.

I really don’t get how majority of the time I order from here there is ALWAYS something missing. In store AND doordash. Just now received my order and forgot my potatoes. DO BETTER ITS TIME TO STEP UP OR LEAVE.

The workers wipe her noses then get my order and other orders. Asked for refund but incompetent Izamar claim to be the manager reprocess my foods because she doesn’t know how to do a refund & half of my order are missing still after I told her to reprocess where I can see. The nasty attitude started from no response at the drive through and every little interactions and problem solving. Now $30 in trash w no solution. This place will be reported to health department. Thanks

Fix your potholes!!!! It's all around your franchise. Also, I'm disappointed that your chicken isn't cooked fully most times. The last 2 months have been so awful that it hurt my stomach.
