The man who helped me did so in a very dismissive and arrogant manner. I felt humiliated by his attitude, he ignored my request and served me what he wanted and rushed me with the payment as if my purchase did not matter

Trash. All the pretzel bites were so hard my kids couldn't even eat them. Had to throw them away..

Would not recommend this pretzel place, I asked for fresh pretzel dogs and they gave me cold stale pretzels, when I went back to get fresh ones they refused to give me the food I paired for and also gave me no refund!!! Horrible

Honestly if I could give a 6 star review I would. This place has the best customer service I have experienced. Everything on there menu is exquisite. Personally I recommend you try the pizza sauce with ranch dressed bites. They are magnificent and it is a divine combo. The staff there also offers money back guarantee on there frozen lemonades. It is amazing and I would choose this pretzel place over others.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I had gotten a pretzel & the guy was extremely rude & disrespectful because he gave me the pretzels in a bag with a slit and it fell out. I asked for another and he told me I had to pay. What customer service? It fell because of HIM and he saw it fell. I will not be going back there & will be tell all of my friends and family dont even waste their time going their w a disrespectful person.

Their service is absolutely horrible, they made me try to get something I did not want and they charged me for what they recommended instead of what I ordered. They also refused to give me a refund. Terrible.

I went to get pretzel bites here. Something was clearly wrong with the bread - soggy, sour, rotten tasting. I eat a lot of pretzels I know what they're supposed to taste like. The man was very snide when I went back and explained "I think there's something wrong with this batch." He said "I sell very many millions of pretzels and they are wonderful" I said "I don't doubt that but I'm telling you something is wrong with these ones." He said that was impossible and tried to give me more, saying he had millions of satisfied customers

This place sucks a*** they charged me full price for a 12 piece mini dog and there was only 10 pieces in the cup. Then they tried to give some bs excuse saying I ate it like whatttt? Yeah so watch out with them.

I used to work at the mall when I was pregnant. I used to have cravings like crazy. So I used buy some pretzels from them before work and make my friend's buy me more pretzels on their break. I still love that place.
