Hey Red Robin, what’s the point in having phones if you don’t answer them? Let’s see could be multiple reasons: laziness, lack of management, management too busy hitting on everyone, who knows. I ran restaurants for 10+ years I know what happens ;) Anywho, if a customer is trying to call because their order was stolen, or maybe even to make a reservation, answer the phone and do your job. It’s super simple. If it’s rocket science to y’all I’ll gladly be the professor and break it down for y’all. Do better.

the waitress I had that day displayed as if you want to be there. I was in my table waiting for her to come over, but instead she cleaned two tables that had no one sitting there. so I had to wait for her to come over while I'm watching her. And by the way no one sat at those tables. the service I received her what make me for sure not sitting her section ever again if I see her. And it took at least 25 minutes for my food to come out. And I want solo the night. When I called the manager over to explain the situation he was awesome with helping me with everything. And the food was on the house.

This dinner was a snowball of issues. Let me first start off by saying I represent our family of 4. I have a pair of twin 2 year old daughters. We arrived and we were promptly seated with balloons in hand. (Red Robin gives balloons to children). We sat and waited an average time for the waiter. We ordered our meals. The kids got juice and my wife and I got drinks. When the waitress came back she dropped off the drinks and failed to give straws for their plastic cups and dropped off napkins (this is key). Now as a parent I am stuck with a hard decision. Do I let my two year old drink it from an open cup? I tried to flag down a waitress or even our waitress, nothing. I take the lid off the cups and let the girls drink supervised. Then it was time to fight, with my 2 year old, to put the lid back on and that ended up with juice all over the table. I used the majority of the napkins to clean up the mess. She brought a towel out and cleaned up most of the mess. There was still a spot that was left and we used the remainder of the napkins on the last spot. Now we received the food and no new napkins. Tried to flag down the waitress for more napkins, still no luck. My family had to use dirty pineapple juice napkins to clean the grease off our hands. I have no problem with the grease because that is a sign of a good burger, but dirty napkins are not okay. This was a snowball effect starting with not getting straws to having to use wet napkins to clean our hands.

Have been to this restaurant many times. This server did nothing to make eating at rr enjoyable.
Everything was a stretch. Came over introduced herself no smile no happy just her name. Asked about appetizers we ordered pretzels bites..she began walking away, asked about French fries? Sure I'll bring them,she returned and began cleaning a table. I repeated request 2nd x. Yes I'll bring some over (thought when she walked over to clean table would bring fries) finally brought fries-cold and no dipping sauce. Then we realized we didn't get our drinks. Had to ask for them. Sealed prices and I had no knife to cut chicken on salad. Asked 2x for a knife. Told knives on come w hamburgers etc. How do I cut my chicken then..oh ill bring knife..Great
As Im eating salad realized it was missing many ingredients. But it meant wait and complain or eat it and hope she comes back..ate 90% of lousy salad. Had to ask 2x for drinks. She asked if we had room for desert..no thank you. Before I could reach for bill friend grabbd it
I apologized about this i told him service isnt normally ever this bad..terrible ordeal

Food was hot and came out fast. Naomi greeted us with a warm smile and was an amazing server. Everything was great and I recommend if you are in the area stop in and enjoy a great meal. Also, Nick the manager went around making sure things were good and his personality shows great character and how much he cares about the customers.

The Heat Check

Had a great experience here at the Red Robin. Brianna J at the bar was fantastic and took care of us very swiftly and got us everything we needed. The food was awesome as always. The Bonzai Burger was cooked exactly to my liking and was phenomenal. Partnered with the bottomless fries and Angry Orchard, as well as the great service supplied by Brianna, this was an A+ experience. Thanks Red Robin!

Normally the service is good, but my most recent trip I was not satisfied with my food and asked for a refund, which I have yet to receive and it’s been over 2 weeks. I will not be coming back to this location.

Our server Brianna was just wonderful. When she came to the table she waited until the person speaking was finished, instead of interrupting, as is more often the case at restaurants.
We had a very positive dining experience and will continue to eat here whenever possible.
