They keep messing up the campfire sauce, which is the only reason to eat at red robin
You can’t go wrong with a Red Robin burger. They’re always so flavorful and worth devouring with the side of steak fries. Great service too!

Our server Victoria deserves most of the credit because she was WONDERFUL. She was friendly, made us feel comfortable, told us about relevant promotions, we didn't feel rushed but she was very prompt every step of the way. Also I like how this restaurant brought the food as soon as it was ready even though our waitress was helping another table. My son spilled his juice and the person running the food got him a new one instead of waiting for our server to come back. Every part of our experience was fantastic and I'm kind of a tough critic as a long time restaurant worker. I wish this restaurant wasn't so far from home because based on my experience I'd be a weekly customer!

Red Robin is the very definition of… fine, ordinary burgers. They do the job, they taste familiar, and that’s about all you can expect. But then… the onion rings. Oh, the onion rings.
Golden, crispy, perfectly seasoned — they’re the kind of food that makes you sigh and whisper sweet nothings under your breath. I may not marry a burger, but these rings? I’d consider a long-term commitment. Each bite is like a crunchy little love letter, warm, comforting, and impossible to resist.
So come for the standard burger, stay for the romance of the rings. Truly, my heart (and stomach) belongs to them.

Hubby and I stopped in because we had just been to a beautiful wedding and we were hungry. Our server, Catilya, anticipated that I would want another soda, and one appeared without me asking. The food we ordered was very good and she didn't hover over us. I like that. We will definitely visit again.

I don't think i've ever had anything at red.Robin that I did not like. I also love that they have smaller portions of burgers so that you don't feel like you have to eat a huge burger plus other items that are also great. My kids and grandkids love onion ring tower and of course the French fries.

For a chain restaurant they were pretty good. One of my complaints is that you can only get your hamburgers well done or just a little pink. Oftentimes they get loud. The service was not very attentive as they only checked on you if they were walking by. I would not make it a destination but I would go there again if friends or family were meeting there. Not a bad place for the kids though

The food is always good here but the service was utterly terrible! It took us over an hour to even get one batch of fries that are supposed to be “endless” and that’s only because i asked for them. Our food didn’t come out until about 15 minutes later and my friend’s lettuce burger was cold because it had been sitting under a heating lamp for like 20 mins before being brought to us! I was generous enough to give a tip but that waiter didn’t deserve it.
