Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food was mid. The burgers were room temp, you could tell they'd been sitting a while before they came out. It's a good thing the fries are bottomless because you don't get any, apparently you also have a choice in bottomless sides but our server never asked what we wanted.

well not much to add or tell you, sat at the bar with my friend and we both order the same and it was the Royal Burgerm it took a long time to get and the place was not crowded, spoke to one of the persons behind the bar, she went to check and came back and told me nothing, well to make a long story short the hamburger was cold, the french fries soggy and this restaurant is not what it use to be . So they need to get better because it was great at one time

The acoustic design of this restaurant is very poor, I can best describe my experience there as a cacophony of noise of everyone in the entire restaurant amplified and directed at your table at a higher volume level than those at your own table. This made me feel physically ill and I had to leave the restaurant. I don't know if it was just that table or even just that restaurant but it was the worst experience I've ever had and the food and service was fine the acoustic atmosphere ruined the meal...

Never had a issue but just delivered through door dash and had like maybe 10 fries had more on the order but paid 60$...all done will red robin unfortunately

Got seated and waited 20 minutes, nobody came or even acknowledged us to take our order, we couldn’t even get a water or anything. Walked out of restaurant, staff completely oblivious of customers. Shame this location used to be very good.

This location feels aged and tired but our waiter, Keaton, was attentive without being annoying, and very friendly. Burgers were absolutely delicious, food came out fast and hot. It wasn't very busy and overall a great experience.

The GF burger bun is delicious soft wonderful. The garlic fries are so good. The house margaritas were too strong I tried the desert pear and couldn't taste the pear at all. But I wasn't driving so I just enjoyed the drink. The only issue was it took a very long time to get our food only 2 of us. It wasn't that full. And they forgot to add avocado to my burger.

Went on my lunch break at the bar, was told by the waiter they had to seat some tables and they would be back in a minute. 10 or so minutes later, nothing. I didn't even have a drink.
I saw the same server talking to their server buddy and I decided to leave Completely wasted my time during my lunch break.
