Food was ice cold, the kids nachos were not even prepared properly the cheese was not melted. Thrown in the garbage. Waste of money.

I’ve been coming to your location in Manchester since you guys open. Today I came to get the usual and was greeted by an employee with an absolutely nasty attitude. This was a first because the establishment usually is filled with very polite workers. Her attitude showed in the foods aesthetic, portion, and delivery. As well as, her co worker cashed me out and was very polite. She threw a fork in my bag. I went up to the counter to ask for another fork for my client. In which, the original worker stated I will have to go around the corner and retrieve it…….. after her co worker just put a fork in my bag from behind the counter. I asked her “what would be the difference, in giving me a fork from off the counter and me having to go around the corner”… The worker then handed me a fork from the counter. When she could’ve did that when I came to ask in the first place. I’m not too sure what her problem was but, as a customer … it left a bad impression and reflection of the establishment and I will not be back, If that is how paying long term customers are being treated and handled.

Isabelle & Olivia facilitated a friendly & enjoyable atmosphere right when we walked in. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and appropriately staffed with well-trained, knowledgeable, dependable, and hard-working people. We both selected salads with fresh ingredients. The grilled chicken & baja chicken were both good. The guac was fresh. The included chips & salsa were a bonus. Love this place - prefer to Chipotle which does not have fresh cilantro as an option and does not ensure the restaurant is clean & well-managed. The pico de gallo was low, but there was just enough for my salad. I look forward to eating here again.

Order though doordash. Got the nachos and they were sent without cheese. Defeats the purpose of a nachos. It was more chips with guacamole salsa, wont be ordering from this place again.

My husband and I visited today. There was a line but it went really quickly. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and worked together at a fast pace. I had a burrito with grilled chicken and my husband had one with the pork. Both were very good. They also include chips and salsa with the meal. We will definitely be visiting more often!

Was going to come here for lunch today for the first time. It happened to be free burrito day! The burritos are big and filling, the ingredients seem fresher than other chains (chipotle), and the restaurant, even on a very busy day like today, is very clean, unlike some other chains (chipotle)

Olivia and Torey served my husband and I this evening. They were very welcoming, patience and cheerful. They had great hospitality which is rare gem to find in food industry,! specifically in the evenings.
I will definitely come back again and I live in Hartford.

Was greeted and treated with nothing but kindness from Olivia! She was super helpful in helping us decide what to get as first timers stopping in from out of state! The food was delicious and very filling! The other girl working was super kind as well!
The space is clean and inviting! Only thing was the music was WaaaaY too loud will definitely stop in again
