Based on today’s experience (lunchtime on a Sunday) my pizza slice was freshly made. I was amazed at how soft the crust was! Had a pleasant experience with both workers behind the counter- both friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys ?

Seriously, this pizza’s crust has the texture of drywall. I sat to eat it as soon as I got but it was already cold. Just awful.

Food wasn't bad but they really need to clean their pizza oven. There was cornstarch/flour on the bottom of our strombolis and it gave them a very gritty flavor. Definitely not the best Sbarro I've been to.

I stopped at one on the rest area and had great spaghetti and sausage with the onions and peppers but I can't find it noone else seems to have it they all have spaghetti and meatballs..

Wow, what a pizza pie! This fine establishment will provide you with the finest of grease and cheese to satisfy your needs. I chowed down the pizza here and really couldn't complain about it. I thought it was actually pretty decent for what it is. It's not a five star restaurant but it gives me enough of those I95 pit stop or New York City vibes to satisfy my once a year craving.

First they fed my mom raw pizza then the manager got an attitude with me and started laughing at me and talking about me to her employees. Not only that but she was touching her face and hair then proceeded to touch the pizza. I'm contacting corporate about the behavior and uncleanliness. My mom was halfway across the food court and saw her behavior and what she said about me. Again. Terrible experience. Never again.

Got a coupon for my birthday. The coupon specifically states it expires 2 weeks FROM my birthday. That means it was good for the rest of the month. I went up to one of the workers, showed them the coupon and he claimed it was already expired. I explained the 2 weeks from the date and he still told me no, again claiming it was already expired. I went not even 5 days after my birthday which means I was within the 2 weeks. Walked away because I don't know how much clearer I can explain "2 weeks FROM" to someone. It's only a slice of pizza but the fact that they were in the wrong and incompetent about plain English is what makes me never want to come here again.
