If I could give 0 stars.. they said they don’t have icecream at 5pm. All workers laughing having a great time while their is cars parked everywhere and in the drive through. Waited so long and when we got the food very rudely there wasn’t even our full order yet we paid for it. where is the management of this place? Should be shut down. I literally spent 35 minutes in this drive thru

I was so appalled by the customer service at the drive thru that I just left.

Vegetarian options: There's nothing vegetarian

Parking: The place is dirty, gross on the inside. Go ahead and take a peak at the kitchen and tell me you would eat there again.

I went through the drive-thru around 7:30pm. I reference this in hopes it might explain why the food was so bad. I ordered two plain cheeseburger kids meals and a number 9 foot long coney. They forgot the cheese on the cheeseburgers. The foot long was the grossest thing I've ever seen. It looked like it had been sitting out all day. The dog was wrinkled like a prune, and the cheese looked like petrified cheese-wiz. It's unfortunate there are few Sonics in the area. I might give it another go but absolutely not in the evening.

I don’t know who’s to blame but this place is a travesty. Posting this in minute 32 of trying to pick up an order. The service here is always terrible. Takes forever. Perpetually understaffed. Drive through a mess. Stalls, you don’t get your food half the time. I’ve even tried ordering on foot, just as bad. Every time I think to myself “I live nearby, surely it won’t be horrible this time.” Every time I am failed. I have had them tell me they’re out of ice cream half a dozen times. I’ve had to drive off without my order multiple times. To say this place sucks is an understatement, and it hurts, because I want to love it.

This sonic has been going downhill for a while, now they seem to not care about quality at all. Ordered mozzarella sticks as a safe order and it was given to me cold dry even after requesting for a new order still got old dry order...

So usually when I order they used to mess up the ocean water and get nothing right but idk what happened this time my order was perfect ocean water was amazing slushies were perfect and food had the exact amount of sauce I asked for they did great, ticket number was #57357 drive through number #6293 feb 9 2025, whoever did my order deserves credit because they did really good

We decided to give this place another try after a negative experience a few years ago. To start, the employees have the worst attitudes of any fast food establishment we have ever been to. Our order was incorrect. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Make sure to check your food before you go . I didn’t know it was possible but I got a burger that was cold the bread felt like it came out the fridge. I tried calling to speak to the manager and the phone line was off or “busy”.

Oh and their ice cream and shake are never working after 7 pm

Im going to start off I know that covid has hurt the restaurant business and the workforce and people wanting to work. I went to the Manchester CT sonic location today 12-26-24 approximately 6:00 PM. I went through the drive through. Didn’t take too long to place an order however that’s where the quickness ended. While waiting for my food. A worker came out of the kitchen to give me food. However the food wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. It didn’t end there, had to repeat my order to the worker at least three times at the window. My father had ordered a limeaid drink. The first one had no lime in it just seltzer. He asked them to add the lime which the said they would do. However they took it and gave him the same cup back (no lime added). We had already been in line for 15+ mins at that point. He just took it because we wanted to get back on the road, and there was a line of cars behind us.

Stalls are not working. Sat in 2 stall with no response. Came through drive through and informed the young lady who answered. Ice cream machine was down, which was the only reason we came with 2 vehicles full of children 😞
