I wouldn't give this place a single star, more like -10. I ordered and waited 35 minutes for my food. The online check in has been down for a while per employees. Had to go through drive-thru to get my food. Waited another 25 minutes, my food was cold. I made them remake it (they saw no issue). My milkshake was melted. They refunded part of my order, but not fully. This location should be shut down. The customer service is so bad. Sonic really needs to clean house with their current employees and start fresh. THE IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!

Needed a quick stop for my toddler for dinner, ended up throwing it away.
Basic tender and hot dog, were cold and hard. They proceeded to tell me after the fact we have no kid toys. I would not recommend and or waste any money at this establishment.

We were making Sonic a regular end of week trip for lunch, but I think that's officially over now. We've had many issues with this location and chose to overlook them until today. We've had long wait times, which happens, but the amounts of wrong orders, careless attitudes and arguing is enough.
Today waited 30 minutes for our order at the stall, pressed the button and they told us to wait again. Pressed the button again, finally received our food, and what was supposed to be a corn dog kids meal just had the stick and breading on the end in the bag like someone had already eaten it. They replaced it but defended themselves like *we* were the problem.
This location is always understaffed with no leadership to be seen. I imagine they are probably stressed out, but no one actually managing on duty to oversee operations, just enough bare bones crew to work. If that's done on purpose, then I blame the owner. Regardless, the owner needs to actually do things to get this place in working order, and the staff need training in all areas, along with actual support.

First no one answers when you hit the order button so we go through the drive thru order the food and get ice cold tater tots , the chilli on the hot dog cold as well

Placed an in app order. Checked in and waited 30 minutes. Contacted customer support and they said they cant do anything I have to go back to the location and speak to the manager. If they weren't competent enough to make a fast food order in 30 minutes im not going to wait in line again for them to tell me they will give me a free drink. Terrible service

This is more like a -4 star. The food is disgusting. Don’t waste your time and just avoid this place.
We stopped by on Sunday 7/6/25 to grab a sandwich around 4:30pm. After 20 minutes of waiting and no response, we decided to go to the drive through. Waited another 20min or so until we got to order our food since we were stuck in driver through line and couldn't get out. Finally we got to the window and gave her my credit card to process the order, After waiting for 15 minutes with no response, she came to the window and asked what did you order? Anyway, lond story short, we got our sandwiches after a long time without any acknowledgement but when I checked the bag to make sure they gave us the right sandwiches, they were cold! Looked like they sat either in the bag so long or somewhere else. When I complained about it, no one answered or acknowledged until I knocked on the window and asked for my money back. I wish we left sooner and didn't waste almost an hour of our time.
My suggestion to the owner of the franchise is either hire more professional or close the door and save yourself of bank ruptcey!
And if I could give them rating, i would give them mines -5. Terrible serive.

If I could give 0 stars.. they said they don’t have icecream at 5pm. All workers laughing having a great time while their is cars parked everywhere and in the drive through. Waited so long and when we got the food very rudely there wasn’t even our full order yet we paid for it. where is the management of this place? Should be shut down. I literally spent 35 minutes in this drive thru

I went through the drive-thru around 7:30pm. I reference this in hopes it might explain why the food was so bad. I ordered two plain cheeseburger kids meals and a number 9 foot long coney. They forgot the cheese on the cheeseburgers. The foot long was the grossest thing I've ever seen. It looked like it had been sitting out all day. The dog was wrinkled like a prune, and the cheese looked like petrified cheese-wiz. It's unfortunate there are few Sonics in the area. I might give it another go but absolutely not in the evening.
