I’ve been here probably 6 times over the last year and a half and have been forgotten about every single time. A few times they forgot about me more than once. It’s ridiculous and I won’t be coming here anymore.

Do not shop here if you have allergies! Received a strawberry milkshake and ended up with an allergic reaction for peanuts. I believe they dont clean their products properly or cross contaminate with peanuts. Do not shop here if you have allergies!

Food was freezing cold at 7pm on Monday. No customers in sight. Wonder why. The manager she was the only person who knew how to do their job. Apparently lack of communication cause them to forget my drink too.

Very poor customer service, wanted outside for our order over 45 minutes. Had to call them. Got our food was luke warm, fries was cold. She refunded our money. But never will come back here again. Just horrible.

The menu has changed considerably since I lived in TN, with new items that i'm going to have to return to try. The service was excellent, and I don't say that often. All around a good experience.

This is single handedly the worst place to go. Just wanted to get a drink, waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes to get to the speaker and have no one say anything to me for ten minutes before trying to go up to the window which then they didn’t open the window or anything. If there is such a problem with understaffing, close the store. There’s absolutely no reason for people to be waiting forever just to get food.
