I would say that my family and I go to Sonic often, solely for their ice cream, and I would say that there is a significant pattern of their ice cream machine being broken. However, in drive thru, they expect you to wait until you order (which can take 20 minutes if it’s really busy), to tell you they’re out of ALL Blasts. They either need to get a new machine, or they need to put up a sign at the entrance of drive thru clearly stating their ice cream machine is broken. The lack of communication had me and my family wait long for no reason last night.

They do all right. I've been there multiple times for lunch, dinner, and late at night, but it's never really busy in my opinion. However, the food has always been just okay at best on all occasions. The pretzels are usually burnt, and they've mixed up my order two or three times. Overall, I would rate it a little below average.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent experience at this location and have decided not to place any future orders here. My concerns begin with what appears to be a lack of professional management, raising questions about the staff's maturity and expertise. Despite ordering in advance via the app and promptly arriving, my service was delayed, and the quality of the food was poor. The most troubling part was receiving a melted milkshake that seemed to have been neglected, evidenced by it dripping from an obviously pierced and poorly sealed cup. This oversight led to a messy spill on both the outside of my car and inside of my car. I had the milkshake overflowing in my cup holder, and on my steering wheel and on the outside of my car door. I suspect the damage to the cup may have been caused by the careless handling of the employee with her long finger nails. I didn't have much of a choice but to get in the drive through line and get and get napkins and a second cup to stop the milkshake from leaking. As I waited at the drive through window no one was paying attention and did not open the window until a few minutes later when they realized I was there. There were four employees conjugated at the window laughing at my complaint which infuriated me even more. I did not get the opportunity to get their names but they all appeared to look like teenagers running the place. I'm not sure what has happened to the customer service at this location but it used to be a great place to grab food and now it seems to have gone downhill. Furthermore, the nostalgia and charm once associated with this establishment, including staff on skates, seem to have vanished, diminishing the overall experience. The food quality, particularly the onion rings, was unsatisfactory; they were mashed and lumped together, indicating improper storage and or improperly cooked. Missing items from my order only added to the disappointment. I would not recommend this location! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Everytime I come here it takes forever. The staff is nice, but my orders are constantly messed up. Food is not that good either. Only ice cream is worth it

Slow service and gave us the wrong sandwich - a cheaper one than they charged us for. At $40 for 3 people to eat, they should do better.

Food got a 3 Star NOT because the food was bad, it was FIRE and definitely will come back. However the size of the large fries and onion rings I bought were the equivalent of a small/medium from Wendy's which ironically is across the street. My brother got a large order of cheesy chili fries and was underwhelmed by how quickly he was able to eat it (portion size issue again), that and he wasn't given any kind of utensil so he had to use his hand and a ton of napkins. The Medium tots that I got for free as a reward was more like a small and only had like 8 or 9 tots. The only saving grace was the signature sauce, it's the first time I made absolutely sure I used every drop before tossing the dipping cup away.

worst sonic I’ve ever visited. came tonight and placed an order in the app, checked in at the stall i parked at. a couple minutes go by and the screen at the stall says someone is on the way with my order. i wait and no one comes, press the button and I’m told the stall is closed (thanks for letting me know 15 minutes later) go to the slow moving drive thru line, and finally get to the window. handed the drink first, tried it and it was 100% wrong. the lady remade it but yet again it was wrong (cherry limeade is not complicated. somehow they thought strawberries belong in it) next the food- only ordered a PLAIN bacon cheeseburger. waited almost 5 minutes for it to be completely wrong with every topping possible sloppily thrown on. show the drive thru lady and give her my receipt. wait ANOTHER 5 minutes and the lady didnt even give me a chance to check it before leaving the window. says “its right now you can go”. will NEVER be going back to this location, would rate their service and food 0 stars if possible. management needs to keep an eye on whos working the night shifts because they clearly have NO idea what they’re doing & don’t understand how to correctly read orders.. i’ve worked in drive thru service before and the way they acted was completely unacceptable.
